I found out recently that when you are in a XBL Family Gold plan, despite your age, your account is treated as a Child Account, unless you are the primary account holder, and therefore M rated content is off limits. Does EA's/Bioware's DLC stucture like the Cerberus Network bypass this?
I am well above the age limit and I'll be very sad if I can't get the new Appearence Pack tomorrow and future ME2, ME3, and DA2 DLC.:(

I don't know but try downloading the stuff you want using the primary account then switch back to your own profile and you should be able to play it.

Primary account holder is on another console, and I would like to own it myself.

I was able to download it on xbox.com, hell yeah. I hope future content lets me download as well.

If it helps, I'm 14 and it does let me on the network and ea online in general, while my 9 year old brother isn't. It just won't let him. And neither of us lied about our age when getting our accounts made.

In the UK you're legally too young to be playing ME2. I wouldn't be surprised if the system does not allow you access.

However, what you're saying seems to have come out of the blue and lacks context.
