Everyone looks like action figures and the cutscene animations look really stiff. The game just does not appeal to me at all visually.
There's not one Bioware game where normal dialogue isn't "stand-in-place" stiff for the most part.

And I most wholeheartedly agree. Legend Of Zelda is one of my all time favorite games, and it most certainly does not look that graphically impressive. But it's fun. It's very fun.
The way I see it, the improvement of graphics seems to be hitting a plateau, where it's simply not commercially viable to allocate even more resources and development time to improve them to where they are truly on the cutting edge of technology.
In my mind, this is good. Because graphics today are something interesting; they're good enough.
Just make the game fun.

You know what I just realized? There's a pile of gold at Varric's feet.
Does Varric release gold as he walks or something? Do dead enemies just drop piles of coins into neat stacks?
