In one of the battles, Hawke uses Cleanse and Holy Smite.
I couldn't really tell the other 2 specs from the Warrior skill trees.
Templar seems to be the blue colored tree on the left.
The middle one is red colored ( could that suggest a counterpart to Templar? Reaver perhaps? )
And the right tree is yellow colored.

Am I the only one who noticed that in the end, Hawke was stabbing the Rock Wraith with a MACE? I really wish the kill animations were weapon-specific.
mace stab ftw!
anyways, thanks for the update about the update that ign was updating on DA2, Brock.

I would love it if they were also. But just the fact that we now have more cinematic scenes with our PC, is enough for me right now. We didn't see our Warden do too many cinematically cool things.

Any fool can stab with a sword. It takes a REAL man to stab with a mace.
And on topic, loving the new video and screen shots.... even if I might have some nightmares due to the high-res Harvester *shudders*

Is it really a "big" difference between DX9 and DX11 in DA2?

Wait no, Spirit warriors don't do Holy Smite. H4xXoRz

Did anyone notice that it appears that Hawke is talking to a rock wraith?

Yeah...I thought that was strange. Perhaps rock wraiths are more than just big things to kill.

So far it seems like the gameplay & graphics are pretty good. I'm certainly looking forward to playing my Mage even more now, tee-hee.

If the rogue and the mage specs info we had are correct, there are three "no" spec: one is Battlemage, the other two wrong are chosen from Berseker, Champion and Guardian. (with one of those tree correct).

but there are two things I wanted to discuss, since the article isn't
explaining it really good.
1. Zooming out
So you cant zoom out as far as you could in Origins. In general that’s
fine, the only concern I have is that, since the game seems to be a
lot faster then Origins, players who played the first game and have
become custom to the battle mechanics will loose sight of their
party-members really quickly. If you go back to the official combat
walkthrough video that was posted a couple of weeks ago, you can see
that by the end of the first scenario (the action one) even Hawke was
about to die by the end of battle. Can anybody confirm or deny this
concern?
2. Giving Orders
According to the article, the ability to to issue orders while pausing the game is
still in place (thank god), but I didn’t quite understand what the
author meant by saying, you can only issue ONE order at the time.
Does this mean I can issue one command for each party-member, like in
DA:O, or just one for the ENTIRE party? If that’s the case, and I
hope its not, I don’t think its a good idea. Again, can anybody
confirm or deny?

2. Im almost 100% sure he meant one order per person. It would be inconceivable if it was one order per team per pause. INCONCEIVABLE:)
why oh why is Bethany so hot;(
Couldnt Bioware have made my sister a bit chubbier? given her a scar...something!

28 days to go! (31 if you are outside the US) Come on Bioware, what other goody previews/trailers/articles you got for us between now and then, besides the demo.
4 weeks...seems like a very, very long time!
