It's not that, they provided the time in PST, which is I don't know but not a a very popular time zone, at least not unless you live in the US, in such cases of an event like this they should provide the time in UTC, which everyone recognizes and can calculate their local time from.

Ooor.. people can use Google and type "Timezones". It took me no more than 3 mins to find the difference in hours between PST and Mountain Time.
