Awesome, both swag and the possibility of female Hawke!

Just a question about the prizes thing, are people outside the US (or North America) eligible to win?

if possible mike, when this starts and you play the game could you play around the character creation screen for a bit? i think it would be  a great way of showing the feature while commenting on it's improvements.

Personally, I'd like to see some of the demons' re-designs. Maybe a bit of the Fade, just for fun.

I will -consider- using a female Hawke. Just because you're all asking nicely, as opposed to...not-nicely.

Please, please, please, pretty please. I beg you. Orz

Can't wait to see it. I would love to be able to ask questions, but I know because of school I will not be able to get home in time. But that won't stop me from watching the recording of it.

And please use Lady Hawke Mike, I would really appreciate it.

Also, you might want to change your avatar sometime - no matter how many times I see you in interviews, I still picture you as Loghain.

I really should, but I truly dig Loghain as a character. I'll update it one of these days!

Nah, keep the Loghain Love going...

Then again, I'm biased. Image IPB

Also, another vote for using FemHawke. And involving her saying something, goshdarnit all.

If you use Lady Hawke and I can hear her voice I will personally buy 10 more copies of DA2 and start passing them out on the street!

Think of me as an early Santa for all the good gamer girls and boys

Thanks a bunch-ton for considering using LadyHawke. If that consideration becomes reality I will be quite joyful.

Oh! I have another suggestion!
Would it be possible to please show us what nightmare or hard difficulty(s) is going to be like? I know you probably won't be on nightmare the whole time because you might want to show us more than one area of the game and all and dieing all the time is something you want to avoid... and I also realize you guys mentioned how nightmare was still going to be difficult but I'd still like to actually see it if that would be possible at all pretty please with a cherry on top?  Just for one fight?

my preferred difficulty for origins was actually normal (sometimes hard) but I also really like having friendly fire on so..

Mr. Laidlaw, would you consider calling in the Mabari so we can see a little of him, too? Please?

That would be most excellent. Having the Livestream as Lady Hawke's voice reveal adds it an additional appeal, as well.

Lady Hawke for the win!

I do take it that 11am Pacific Standard is 8pm Central European Summer Time, isn't it?

Damn, I have to wait the entire day ...
