I cannot get any game support from EA.

Ok I've been trying to get help with my DLC in ME2 for several weeks now, and no matter what rout I take I keep ending up at the EA support pages.  Problem is, no matter what I try, when I try to set up an account or contact EA there for support I get an error like:

"This webpage is not availableThe webpage at http://customersuppo.../questions/list[/b] might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error."

I really would like to get the content I payed for please, can someone give some assistance?  Please note:  I have all the DLC but I cannot activate any of it because my Cerebrus Netowrk connection times out. I have seen that this is an acnowledged problem, but wiould like to know if there is any way I can get my content sooner than later?  I mean I allready finished the game and haven't even seen what I payed for.
