They ride hybrid whale dolphins called wholphins who carry them over to giant sea tortoises who carry them over to a small tollbooth where they don a driving helmet, scarf and gloves and then hop in a car made of cheese which gets eaten by a man wearing a pink dress and carrying 8 balloons.. They then haggle with the man for a balloon and end up paying too much.. They take the balloon and then trade it to the hot dog vendor for a giant inflatable Oscar Myer wiener and paddle in the rest of the way in.
