Lets say one of your Squadmates betray you in ME3, they may have a reason of their own (since for money is unlikely given the situation) The scenario is that your shepard survived the betrayal and so did the Squadmate who betrayed you, how would your shep deal with them? Would they be merciful, would they airlock the traitor?
How would you handle being betrayed?

100% Paragon Shep: disarm them, then talk to them and try to figure why they did what they did and whether I can help them through it and perhaps bond them closer to the mission as a result

Okay seriously though, I'd take the merciful and paragon option in this side of the conflict to try to see their side of the story and if it's a character I especially care a lot about, then I suppose I'd go the extra mile to try to regain their loyalty (especially the case if this is one of my favorites, like Ashley, that we're talking about here.)

Would really depend on who done it. If it were one of the squaddies I've grown attached to (Miranda, Mordin, Garrus, etc.) I'd probably let them go and take a long hard look at myself to see where the hell things went wrong. If it were one of the ones I'm less attached depending on their reasons they'd probably get the airlock.

If Grunt/Jack/Samara/Thane/Zaeed betrayed me, I'd kill them without a second thought because I know they'd have expected me to.
If Mordin/Legion/Miranda/Wrex betrayed me, I'd lock them up and question them, because they must have very interesting reasons.
If Garrus/Tali/Ashley/Jacob betrayed me, I'd sit down with them and talk. I'm sure they have good reasons.
If Liara betrayed me, I'd forgive her without a second thought - without her I would be Reaper goo.
If Kasumi betrayed me, I'd freak out. She's my Shepard's BFF!!
