I've seen this problem with other people, thought to start my own thread though as it's an individual error...

In a nutshell, tried to purchase $10 of bioware points via paypal, and just before the last confirmation got an error.  Tried again and the same thing happened.  Then I got 2 E-Receipts from PayPal for the total $20 of purchases, but I have 0 Bioware points.

Can I get my points please?

I got similar problem, will contact support tomorrow. Not the 1st time and seems won't be the last one

I have the same problem too.



I tried twice to buy 400 bioware points (3.50 euros each), got billed via paypal but I got the error page and no points were given to me. In my account the transactions result "pending"

It would seem part of the system is malfunctioning if so many people hare having this problem, as I am as well

Quick update... My bioware account initially listed my two $10 purchases as pending, but now they're listed as "purchased"... although still 0 bioware points :(

yeah, now it says "purchased" in my account too, still no points were given however

I've had the same problem too using PayPal.



I sent an email via the vendor link in the details from PayPal, but as of yet I've not had either a reply or the purchased points added to my account........funny thing is I went ahead and used my Credit card to add points and those ones were added to my account straight away with no problems....only the ones I used Paypal for are still AWOL.



I've been seraching around trying to find another contact address to try and resolve the first set of points I purchased

-Confirmed-  Just have your  invoice number and  account name and your set, they will fix the issue.
