I redeemed by Cerberus card in-game for Mass Effect 2, and after clicking around I am stuck in the checkout process and I do **not** want to purchase extra bioware points.

My EA account (predating this activation) had a plus in the e-mail which I have changed, but I am still unable to cancel the checkout process. The "Home" link (https://masseffect2..../session/logout) does absolutely nothing.

All I'm trying to get is the free DLC items that come with the Cerberus account.

I appear to be having the same issue, although I don't even remember clicking around. Simply using the 'New Content Available' option in ME2 puts me on a Bioware Checkout page for an Alternate Appearance Pack that I'm not interested in.

Could somebody from Bioware/EA actually show some customer support, get here and please TELL US HOW TO CANCEL SOMETHING IN THE BIOWARE CHECKOUT WE DO NOT WANT TO BUY.
