I frequently get problems running this site through the servers that Bioware uses for the Delaware area. Someone should look into this. I am using a proxy to run through servers of another state in order to browse right now. I had to go through 10 proxies before I found one that was enabled properly to handle creating topics and being able to type in the text portion of the "create a topic" form.

Not to mention... I get signed out often, and it won't log me in for days at a time sometimes. I have registered games, so that is not the problem.

It is not just my computer either. I have had this problem happen with a computer fresh out of the box before recently, so this is not a malware problem which normally could attribute the whole HTTP 400 situations. The server that is handling my area for Bioware is doing it poorly.
