For the last two weeks, my online profile is going bonkers. It doesn't upload or update any characters, for starters.
When I try to delete any existing character, I get the "Unable to connect to the on-line storage server." message. I followed instructions on this site stating that I should patiently wait till it reconnects, or to just simply refresh the page, but none of it works. It's been two weeks, I doubt it takes that long to find and establish a new connection.

Another issue is the Profile Diagnostics tab on my profile. I figured I might be able to find out more about the issues there, but everytime I click on it, it states the same "Unable to connect to the on-line storage server." message. Two days ago or so, I sometimes get "Invalid persona/game combination." as well, only for it to switch back to the connection message when I refresh the page.

While it's hardly of any importance whether or not my characters are shown correctly, I'm getting a bit frustrated at this point. Can anyone help?

Hm...sounds like a website issue. Have you tried the relevant forum for website problems?

The console versions of DA:O suffer from a bug that can cause sporadic uploading, or no uploading at all. This is a problem with the game, not the website, and it can only be fixed in a future patch. Users are encouraged to contact EA support in order to give a better idea of the magnitude of the problem. But thank you for pointing me towards the appropriate forum, I had no idea there was a website-specific one.
