So I downloaded the latest DLC between classes today and I thought I'd share some pics with those of you who are still deciding whether or not it's worth two dollars.

A lot of people were concerned that the eyegear would again obstruct our view of the characters' faces.  This time around, it is not the case.

See?  Barely covers Miranda's eyes.  Much better than I thought it'd be.

Posted Image

Grunt, now with twice the visors as Garrus, is convinced he is twice as dashing.

Posted Image

Tali, although mostly a reskin, sports some new armor plating circling around her most important body part - her hips. (Pardon the ugly Shepard.)

What this is I don't even.

And don't worry, fellas, because even with a new layer of ceramic plating strapped to her catsuit, Miranda can still work it.  Best of both worlds!  Dick Shepard is pleased.

I'm just curious as to how Miranda's armor works during her love scene before heading through the Omega 4 Relay -- y'know the part where she normally unzips her catsuit. How does that work now that she's wearing full armor?

@Mafiaman32693: It switches back to her white catsuit during the boobie scene, no matter what she was wearing before.

Ah, alright. I figured they'd do something like that. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Nice.
Those strange blue dots on Talis legs where just a problem with the image then? Tali doesn’t actually have them in game?
Miranda’s visor doesn’t look to bad which is relief.

@ManicSheep: Yep, just an image goof.

@Ieldra2: Thanks for bringing MOAR to the table. Your PC looks less crap than mine.

@Praetor Shepard: I can't really answer the helmet question without digging through the whole galaxy map in search of a planet where I'd need helmets, but I think Miri still has the breather.

@thepiebaker: Nope. Flat-bottoms.

Just go get the Hammerhead. You need helmets for that planet.

You can just load save before Collector ship mission.

@Sursion: Unfortunately, already did that. Don't have any saves in the right spots at the moment (done gone saved over it, hurp durp). I'm sure somebody does somewhere, though.

@Mesina2: See above.

The heels are gone. They cheated a bit with that, so you still notice that she usually has them in the leg shots from the way she walks if you look closely, but it's not easy to see.

The breathing masks are still there. No helmets, unfortunately. Nothing's perfect I guess. Still totally worth the money.

I'm so sick of visors. Hopefully they are optional in ME3.

I like the visor, but in some scenes it's inappropriate and hides her expression. For instance in the scene with Oriana. All headgear should be toggleable to "only in space", "always" and "always except in dialogue scenes".

Much better. ;)

For the record, judging by the video and the screenshots, Miranda still totally looks in-character with that armor. She also finally looks like she belongs on the front line with Shepard. Nice job, Bioware.

A helmet would be amazing, though. :D

Wait... so Tali does indeed have a visor inside her helmet...? I'm speechless.

Miranda finally looks like a soldier, but I don't know, the entire outfit change DLC doesn't work for me, that it came together with LotSB or Overlord I'd be the first to say WOOHOO and jump, would even pay 100 extra bioware points for that, but just an outfit change DLC for some reason doesn't work for me... even do they do look awesome with new clothes.

Is this DLC going to consoles? PS3 doesnt have it, but i wonder if thats because Bioware is focusing on the patch there over making the appearance pk 2 for ps3
