See, Bioware? Now was it really that hard to put some armor on her so it wouldn't be as blatant?

Gues we have to wait a day or so. The main page says it has been released though.

Anyway i like all the suits, yay to Miranda as armor in her looks great (need a cool helm now!), the others are ok i guess.
Have to admit i was expecting more content but thank you for this anyway Bioware.

You see, wearing armor on the Normandy makes almost as little sense as not wearing it outside. Again, ME1 system, when Human companions and Liara automatically changed to their "casual" clothes was spot on.mrsph wrote...

And the "Ass Shot" was that BioWare had in mind in the first place, when designing Miranda's original outfit, so it was intended to be blatant.

Since the developers seems insistent on giving everyone a visor, is anyone else wondering how they will do this with legion?
If Bioware stay true to form and keep the hard on for face-wear I predict Legion will get an eye-patch.
Also to placate their fans Bioware will give Legion an all over armour and helmet for when he is in a vacuum.
Bioware Rep " Well fans have been calling for realistic armour and head-helmets when in space or vacuum set missions so we have decided to give Legion his very own space-suit. We know fans will love it."

LOL! Yeah... although I'd think it more likely that it would be an EA executive idea...Shadesofsiknas wrote...

Still, Bioware will be getting my 2 bucks.
Grunt: beautiful armor, stylish, and if you're curious about what grunt is seeing in his twin visors, see the Motivational thread...
Miranda: Everything that could be hoped for, within the ME2 engine. Beautiful, yet convincing.
Tali: meh... in all logic, whatever data that visor is providing could have been projected inside her original visor. As for the suit, it's nice but so were the others outfits.
All in all, much better than Appearances Pack #1.

No, no. Legion will get a monocle and a tophat.

It does look pretty good actually. The extra bulkiness around the shoulders and upper arms reminds me of a puff sleeved blouse, and is quite feminine, though from a front-on perspective it is a little top heavy.
I still prefer her catsuit.
See, Val. It is possible for Miranda to wear sensible armor and maintain her feminine charms.

I don't think that i ever really debated that. I just think that it is possible to be feminine in many different ways, and although the new look is feminine, i feel that it is feminine in a different way to her default look. If the catsuit didn't exist and her only outfit was this armour, i would see her character as being slightly different.
But i'm sure that anyone who cares knows my thoughts and i don't want to make it an issue in this thread.
I'll just add, in case the developers read the forums, that in spite of the praise the AAP will undoubtedly recieve as being a step in the right direction, not all fans feel the same way. I feel that it is an unecessary step in a direction that i don't want to travel, even if the armour itself is somewhat pleasing aesthetically.
And i implore the artists to not give every squad member armour to wear outside of the Normandy in Mass Effect 3.

I'll just become an astronaut and tell them I won't be wearing a space suit because it isn't feminine enough.
If that's a response to me, you completely miss my point.
It's not about being feminine per se. It's about the fact that my ability to suspend disbelief is quite good, and i feel that combat armour needlessly limits the artistic depiction of a character.
I support vibrant, interesting and distinctive looking characters more than i support the codex entry for medi-gel being rendered accurate.
Some people want it to be as "realistic" as possible. Some people don't. There is no need to make a song and a dance about it as there really is nothing to argue about. I just wanted to give my opinion, if that's quite alright.
