just predict which ones will come back with or without reason



i the members who stay:
garrus coz hes an old favored
tali also an old known
jacob and williams because they are new it would be a waste just to trow them away already
also there are rumors that Kaidan would come back
same thing about laira (i whas suprised coz she seemed to had a purpose outside the crew althoug i dont know the end of the shadow lair)
legion ofcours because he is an special char just as samara
grunt doubtfull because he doesnt really seem to have a deep personallity but hes the only krogan
thane doubtfull because of his illniss but it counts that he is a favorite
mordin unknown to me
jack is not comming back in my game (and i dont really have trouble with that)

the only char whos not comming back for sure is: wrex because he had his purpose and he is already replaced by grunt

I'm hoping to get everyone back, as unlikely as it may be. I'd say Zaeed and Kasumi, being DLC, have the lowest possibility of returning, while Miranda, Garrus, and Tali have the highest.

Not sure about the rest of the squad, though Samara seems unlikely to make a comeback.  Wrex and Liara seem busy, but the VS is a possibility.

I really think everyone will be, more or less. It looks stupid if Zaeed and Kasumi are left out, but their DLCs so dunno.

One thing I know for sure is that Liara and Ashley/Kaidan will be in ME3. Why they had so minor roles in ME2 was because the developers wanted them to survive through the game so they could be in ME3.

What I'm more intrested in is, what if all of your squadmembers died? How will that turn out? It's gonna be really intresting

Come back, as in squad member or just an NPC.

I think everyone will return as NPC.



As for squadmates, I think we won't see many of them back.

I think Legion can return, regardless of his death.

I don´t kow who´s coming back, is too early, but here is my "Dream Team" for ME3:



Ashley and/or Kaidan.

Garrus.

Tali.

Legion.

Grunt.

Samara and/or Morinth.

Mordin.



Ashley and Kaidan were not included in ME2 because Bioware said they were too important to risk their lives in a suicide mission, so they wil surely return.



I don´t include Thane because he will probably be dead (Thane dixit) when the events in ME3 take place, if the timeline of events is of 2 years as it was between ME1 and ME2.



About Jack I must say that i don´t particularily like her (personal taste) but she may return specially if she was a LI.



Liara may play an important role as the new SB but I doubt she´ll be a squad member.



My great question is: what role will play Cerberus and TIM? specially if we chose not to hand him over the collectors base.

if miranda is gone i will give up on bioware for taking away my love!on another note,doesn't this just make you itchy for the promised final dlc set for ME2.seriously,what is it gonna be about?

Tali and Garrus are loyal to Shepard and they are a nice link for the 3 games. They have Shepard´s trust. I want them to return the most.

Miranda has a high chance to be part of the squad since she is loyal to Shepard and has no other place to go. Same with Jacob.

Legion is the link with the geth so he has a reason to stay.

Grunt considers Shepard his battlemaster so he has no reason to leave either.

Kasumi was a fun character, so I´d be glad to have her on the squad too.



Kaidan/Ashley could return too.

Well, I hope all of them return. After spending 30+ hours will all of them, getting to know them, you don't want them to leave. Even something as small as Jack nodding in aprovement after the suicide mission. It makes you feel like you earned it.



I hope Wrex fails in bringing the Krogan together so that he can join too.
