I have Mass Effect 2 for xbox 360, and have heard a lot about the alternate appearance mods that so many players are enjoying. Can anyone give me a step-by-step on how to get started? Any help would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

You will need to purchase and download it.
I haven't had a chance to get on mine yet, but you should be able to get it from the New Content Available Tab at game start up.
