First off, I must say that I am speaking in my own name, not all polish
players ( but I would appreciate if any agrees with me in that topic ).

Yet
again polish developers of Mass Effect have failed us all. I realize we
aren't be best paying-off country that got it's own languadge-specific
version of Mass Effect, but I admit that amongst us ( polish people )
there are plenty of honest players that do not play illegaly downloaded
games ( even if it seems unreasonable while the "cracked" games appear
on internets like 2 days after they appear on the market ), and so we
await to be treaded on the same laws as all other nations. But instead
we get crappy working region-bound DLC ( shadow broker's an example ),
and now we just got an info that "This region will not get that content
avable, we're sorry".

Let's explain something: we won't give a
s*** ( sorry for languadge ) about one missing DLC like appearance pach
really, cause it does not have big influence on the gameplay and the
story ( like it ever had... ). But after seeing how game developer in
our country put no interest in helping us in the case of the latest DLC,
maybe it would be better to just screw them, and supply us with english
( or at least cinematic subtitles in our languadge ) version of the
DLC?

The Mass Effect saga really is a milestone in the RPG
genre. I am sure all of us would like to see it coming to an and in some
intriguing manner. :) And DLC is a crucial addition to the game in many
cases. I would not like to see thas kind of s*** happening when Mass
Effect 3 reaches polish market. It would be like introducing the game to
the market wihtout any testing, with bugs, bad voiceacting, glitches,
incomplete textures, crappy sounds, and making it "buy a DLC or you will not be able to play it to the end".

Phew... it was long. I hope at least any of you ( moderators ) would have patience to read it and would take a closer look atthe issue. It's nothing impossible, it's not even hard I suppose. Big companies ( BioWare surely is big enough ^^ ) surely have some policy that should prevent such anti-promotion, and lowering the customers satisfaction. Or am I wrong?

well its all about money dont forget that i bet ea want us to have fun but they aint doing it for free

and if it is expected not to be profitable they just simply dont do it thats just the way it works

all countries have some good thing and some bad ones (like in holland we dont have much langues for games sometimes a bit sad because the strangest langues are supported and other not)

Unfortunately, Bioware no longer has full control over their own future since they were bought out by EA, the scourge of all gamers worldwide. This has forced Biowares focus to shift from their customers, to the shareholders.

Things like Overlord, Firewalker, weapons and appearance packs I could sort of understand them not translating into other languages, but given that LotSB is meant to be bridging DLC between 2 and 3, it doesnt make sense for them not to do it.

Yeah, QC has been shot to hell. Have a look at the list of complaints in the PS3 tech forum, and wonder what happened to the Bioware of old that very rarely released anything infested with that many bugs.

I honestly can't understand why is an appearance pack unavailable in our region (Poland). It's not like it has voice dubbing in it...

Really a big disappointment.

The problem is that I do not know. As I said, the languadge version in my own case isn't a problem ( quite opposite, i like the game more in original voice acting ), I cannot buy the DLC though the bioware points page, the DLC are accountbound so there is no other option than to purchase them via my account. >.>

EA SUCKS!!!, they should stick to sports games like they did previously, may it be FIFA, NBA series and stuff. But everything except those becomes a crap each time EA puts it's hand on it...

We all know how it will end, EA will suck up BioWare completely, the games will become even more problematic, even more pay-to-play, and the great game becomes another tool of EA's one-time income tactic. After that - "hell with BioWare, who cares? We made them a ****, so noone will miss it, there are plenty of Good brands we can squeeze till they bankrupt..."
