Hello,
I downloaded Cerberus Pack from PSN and the comic doesn't start.
Yes, I waited for Shepard's death.
Yes, Miranda does say in the first cutscene that Council is dead, if the comic was supposed to work she would not say that.
Any ideas why it doesn't work?
Cerberus Pack has 676mb? Does it matter when I install it? Before running game for the first time or not? Running out of ideas what's not working.

Yes, the Cerberus Pack is ~676MB. No, it shouldn't matter when you install it - I installed mine after booting up the game for the first time. Worked like a charm. Worked just fine.
Judging by earlier topics, you aren't the only one having issues with the Genesis comic. I can't really offer any insight on why the comic doesn't work.

wondering if bioware will come up with some kind of patch for this, too

Not to ask a stupid question but it is installed like there is no icon of the download by the game or something.

when I install Cerberus Pack from XMB then I have an icon of it installed in Game Data (I believe that it's correct translation of this position in the menu, generally speaking place where all the updates and DLCs are installed) after installation it's named more or less smth like that Mass Effect 2 DLC & Patches and yes, there is no icon after installation in XMB.

Hmm, I must have been lucky as I had no issue.
Hope you get it straightened out.

As a PS+ member, I played the one hour trial of ME2, then I bought it and installed the Cerberus Pack. I could not watch the comic since I was already an hour into the game. So I finished the game, started a new game, and watched the comic without a problem. However, now that I have watched the comic and finished the game (although not in that order) I should get the Long Service Trophy which I did not. This is not fair.

Another reason why they should have just included the comic on the disc -- there are gamers who can't access it because of tech problems, or no internet. Why include all the other DLC missions, and *not* the comic?? Drives me nuts. :\\

Did the 5 gig PS3 disc download and after waiting wanted to jump right in and play. Decided to download the additional 600+mg of extras afterwards. Everything downloaded fine (I think) except I don't see the Dark Horse comic. I'm already a few chapters in. What if I save game save to a flashdrive, delete entire game, download 5 gigs again, this time download the add on content right after and once everything downloads, overwrite the game save with the one from the flash drive. Could that work? Will the comic appear then?

Simply to discourage people from buying the game on the secondhand market (as the code to download the Cerberus Pack only works once)... The DLC costs 14,99€.
