[XX55XX]

Basically, my party will comprise mostly of these three characters:

1. Merrill
2. Bethany (I plan to playing as a warrior on my first playthrough)
3. Varric or Isabela, depending on how much I like either character. Leaning towards Varric for the time being.

Fenris will alternate with either Varric or Isabela.

I probably won't take these characters out too much on my first playthrough:

1. Aveline
2. Anders
3. Sebastian

I don't have any top three list of companions, save that I like Merrill and Anders the most.



However, I'll be avoiding using Isabella and Aveline as much as I can, as I dislike both greatly. Everyone else is welcome to the team.

I plan on making a dual wielding Rogue that will have Anders, Fenris, and Varric in his party. Occasionally Sebastian.



My starting file will be a mage though, no idea who to use yet...it's all going to depend on my class



I will probably try to make the most of Bethany and Carver.

Keep in mind that as the game takes place over ten years and there's an emphasis on companions having their own lives, we aren't sure whether all companions will be available to us whenever we choose after first meeting them.



Providing I have them all available at once, my party will probably be Anders on heals, Varric on range and Aveline tanking, with my rogue on melee. Unless I can dodge tank with high Dex, in which case I'll bring Fenris for melee.
