If you import a Drunkistair, it would be all kinds of awesome if he was just sat, silently inebriated, in a corner of The Hanged Man the first time you go in there. You'd run over and try to talk to him, but he'd just slur profanity back at you, or maybe if you're fHawke try and get you to buy him another drink. But that's it ... you can't interact with him any more than that.

Oh god. The comedy!angst.

Yeah, everyone was so worried about the "But Anders died in my game!" epilogues that we didn't really think about the "Anders was totally an awesome Warden and stayed!" endings. I've not played a Warden yet that would even think about letting a templar join, let alone use them to keep tabs on Anders. I hate to think that, no matter how we treated him in Awakening, Anders could blame our Wardens for what happened.

That would suck, if he confesses to being betrayed by the Warden-Commander he viewed as a friend.  Way too angsty for them to include, though, IMO. I mean, he's already been sort of betrayed by Justice. I really hope that we get to bond with Vengeance too, though. That would make it even harder to try the whole "Connor" style situation, as you could learn to respect Justice/Vengeance himself as well.

I dont think i could kill Alistair.....the same way i could never ever kill another Bio character (no, my avatar does not revealing anything, you're mistaking).

In the end, i would prefer not to recruit him only to avoid chosing between them two.....

I don't think I could kill Alistair either. There are perfectly good rp reasons to do, it if that is the choice we are faced with but I don't think I rp that well. If some evil mind at Bioware has decided to inflict this on us, I can't image that it would be on anythign but a Alistair remians a grey warden ending. So I should be able to avoid by not importing that one.

I have never killed one of my group members (Okay, I think I did this once... it was Wynne.. Right before the fight with Uldred o_O But after that I felt horrible ._. I never did this again.) I decided to get most of the Alistair endings (since I always play a female Warden) - and since my Warden became queen or traveled with Alistair,  I decided to sacrifice my Warden - or make him do so.
I couldn't.
Neither did I make him marry Anora.

It's just too cruel.

Did anyone else read this? I mean the text about Alistair (why he leaves)...

I will accept the evil twin theory in the event of Alistair showing up as an adversary in DA2.



I will also accept that theory in the event that my Warden, or any of her friends, come to Kirkwall itching for Hawke and/or Anders blood.



My first import will be of a female Amell. I'm very curious to see what Anders will say, if anything, about Amell being related to Hawke. Especially if he blames her for the Grey Warden and Templar attack...
