I have to say that I'm thrilled with what they've done with this character. Anders was fun in Awakening, but I was disappointed by his development. I feel like what's happened with Justice/Vengeance has added a whole third dimension to his character- and an awesome third dimension at that. (Always really loved Justice, too, so it's like a double win.)

Even if Anders/Justice are not as we remember them, their true selves remain so there might be a way to bring them to the "good" side lol...I wonder if Janders is a LI then. It'd be weird to romance someone who's possesed...

I rarely do drawings for fanart. Mostly I draw my own characters or illustrate a point in a story I am working on. However, when it comes to Anders I might be willing to make an exception. He is such a tempting man...-sigh-

I would assume it would work just like a previously dead warden coming back to life after sacrificing him/herself for the greater good. In essence, forget that he died and pretend he lived.

But, I never "killed" Anders at the beginning. Do you actually watch him die? I always assumed he was sent away to be executed by the templars - perhaps he escaped?

You can't kill Anders at the beginning of Awakening. You can only hand him over to the Templars.

Some links for the new Anders fans... there's a deviantart Anders group, an existing fanthread in the origins forum, and a bsn group (mostly just used as a repository for the weekly prompts on the origins fanthread). And, of course, a bucketload of fics on fanfic.net
