Ok, I try to limit my squee, but they have done such amazing things with that jaw. And those lips. REALLY WELL DONE. It's like they've refined and distilled essence of Anders and gotten rid of all those tiresome Alistairy bits. Thank You Bioware!

I see; so now we have a character from Origins that acts the same but looks nothing similar (Isabela) and a character from Awakening that looks the same but acts in no way similar (Anders).

Anyone care to put any odds that we'll ever see a character from a previous game show up that both looks and acts consistent?

Regarding continuity issues



Even if you don't buy the "did you ever see Anders die?" line, Anders doesn't necessarily need to appear in your game. We don't know how the developers have coded it, maybe if Anders is dead in your import file, he'll remain dead when you begin DA2 so you'll never run into him.

I'm so excited Anders is back and this plot twist makes me even more so. I hope he's an LI, if he is i'm sorry Fenris and Merrill but you two are gonna have to wait(assuming their LIs)

I don't think they'd announce him as a companion if he was purely optional depending on your decisions in Awakening.

Also it pains me that along the road we may have to fight Justice/Vengeance.

God, I really cannot wait to see how Anders' story plays out in the game. I mean, his bio pretty much says his hatred is what corrupted Justice and turned him into Vengeance.



Considering Justice was a friend and an old ally, that's some heavy knowledge to deal with.

Because it's not Justice anymore, it's Vengeance. Demons tend to not be so altruistic with their hosts.

EDIT: Unless you mean how he gets possessed in the first place. IMO I think the two just made a deal, simple as that.
