Seriously, it doesn't matter what class you play, Team Personal Harem is the way to go, every time. Might want to be a S&B/dual-wielder/non-healer, but still, scope to be warrior, rogue or mage with that, and still get your jollies with the boys.

I am almost certain that Anders, at least, would not mind being objectified.

I'm more amused because, unless I need a particular party for plot reasons, Anders will frequently be the only male on my team, while I have Aveline tanking and either Bethany or Merrill on ranged DPS. So he'll end up being the one with the harem of pretties.

I want to have all badass ladies and then Anders, but I can't decide if I want to take Isabela or Varric. I like Isabela, but daaaaamn Varric's damage is beast.

And I'm playing a Chantry and Templars hating tank, so my Hawke and Anders will go together like peanut butter and jelly. Sexy peanut butter and jelly.

On-topic: Is The Exiled Prince going to be released on the 8th/11th, or will those that missed out on the SE have to wait a bit longer to pick up Sebastian?

I'm pretty sure he's day one DLC. Or at least he better be since I already cancelled my SE preorder to get it on Steam :U

I've considered it.  Plus, I want to hear of her banter with the other two members of the harem.  I have a feeling Anders, Seb, and Fenris would all be chanting VENGEANCE VENGEANCE VENGEANCE together, and my Hawke would have to use her pimp hand to settle them down.

I'm confused as to whether I'll get Sebastien anyway. I pre-ordered the SE, but it was Valentine's Day. And it was the only version I could pre-order at Gamestop.



So... I guess my "harem" will include Varric instead.

Yeah, although I'll be getting Seb as part of the SE, my first playthrough will hopefully include Fenris, Anders and Isabela, mainly because I think there will be more content for her than Sebastian.  We'll see.  I hope there's a way to rotate party members out and get all of their personal quests done by the end of each section of the story.  I feel horribly guilty when I neglect party members and they suffer for it (for example, my first playthrough and Zevran's defection...)

I'm going to search the city top to bottom for side-quests to do before moving onto the main questline for each time skip, just so I don't miss anything. It will mean backtracking and talking to the same people over and over again, but I'd hate to find out that I skipped an entire storyline that would have affected a companion. It also means it'll probably take 80+ hours to finish the game, but what the hell! I'm excited to be doing this at release, so I won't have to resist the blandishments of wikis and walkthroughs as I did (unsuccessfully) in Origins. Leaping into the unknown, hurrah!

Same here. I'm going to try and squeeze every little sidequest out of it before the timeskips. I may just wander round to admire the scenery and talk to random people to get an idea of Kirkwall, etc. Maybe I'll run into those gossips. I want to stretch out my first playthrough, instead of excitedly rushing through like I tend to on my first one.

And I must listen to every party banter in existence!

I'm having so much trouble deciding who I want to bring along. I have a feeling it's going to change every adventure just so I can hear the banters, and because all the characters seem have a fairly gripping story this time around. Anders will hands-down be a constant (at least for first playthrough.. and probably second) and after that I'm torn. Team harem is tempting, though... >w<

Technically Anders' emotions are what made Justice become Vengeance, so the blame is mutual. But we've been assured that his snark should be returning for the most part.

hahahaha this made me chuckle! I'll probably end up going with the harem, like I did in Origins a few times (Zev, Alistair, and Leliana ftw!) but they're all such great characters I can't decide! I'm so excited for this game!!! March 8th can't come soon enough!
