Ok Anders fans. I inquire about who is Anders and to some extent Justice. I haven't played Awakening, I only know what bit I got from the wiki and the story in the OP. His attitube seems one of selfless laid back man, at least that is what I gather. With a Spirit filled with Vigilante feeling (right?) I can't help but think Anders might develop into a Mage version of Batman (which sounds pretty interesting).

Mmm, mage stubble.  Yummy.  I'm glad to see that Anders still has it.

Is it weird that I absolutely love Jowan?  Despite/even his nasal-y voice?  Maybe it's because I love to latch onto snippets of my PC's life beyond what's presented in the game.  (I think that's why I've glomped onto Carver and Bethany and Mama Hawke so quickly, despite not even playing the game yet.)  I *loved* the friends we were given in some of the origin stories, especially Jowan.  I usually RP that he was my mage's only real friend.    I'm replaying a mage in Origins, so Jowan is fresh in my mind.

To make it Anders-related, though... I think that Greg Ellis voiced the random mage that accidentally sets himself on fire during the mage origin.  It really sounds like him.

He does voice that mage. I believe he also does one of the random blood mages in the Broken Circle quest. And if you think that's impressive you should see the list of voices Desmond Askew (Jowan) does. I swear, the man must have been knocking out voice actors in the parking lot and volunteering to fill in for them on a daily basis.
And I love Jowan, too. I've actually got a Jowan fic and an Anders fic ongoing at the moment.

I think I just like guys in skirts. It's the old goth in me.

Ummmm, did you ADD him to your party with the console?  How??  PM me if this is somehow classified. >.>  I love me some dev console action.

 Love Jowan too. It makes me sad that the last patch eliminated Jowan's Intention quest  Because I don't have it in my journal anymore, though I told him to away.

Even though that mage was definitely NOT Anders, I now like to imagine that Anders is bad with fire spells.  He does seem to naturally prefer the cold/ice spells, after all.

And yes, I think half the voices in the game were Jowan's VA!  It was strange how much my mage wanted to hug random NPCs on the street...

@Kazanth: YAY!  Did you mod him into the beginning section?

The command to get to the modify party menu is "runscript zz_dae_debug" without the quotation marks.

If this is also against the rules then please let me know and I'll get rid of this information.

I'd suggest you not try it with Fenris + Merrill since all you can see of them is their specialization descriptions and if you go into combat with them the game will crash.

It is, I wonder if it's an old build because of the Demo.  We know the Demo stuff is months old...  Also you can't access Fenris or Merrill, so chances are this is an early version of Anders.  Doesn't make him any less spicy, though.

So - I'm wondering if that's an older model of him that they've since upgraded, or it's Anders near the end of the game after he's cleaned up a bit? Speculation?
