I think he looks more...  Unique this way?  I like his longer nose and more slender face.  I know some people thought he looked a lot like Alistair in his previous incarnation.  Hmm...  Off topic, but if Alistair does make a cameo, I wonder how he would look like?

That's a slightly scary thought since I think Alistair is the one face they nailed in DAO. I don't know if I can picture him otherwise.

I thought at first that his face seemed longer and narrower in these screenshots, but after watching the gameplay video I think they actually look the same. It's only the hair and the outfit that are different.

@Trophonius I suspect it's an old model of him, since he seems to be the same as he was in the infamous picture that started all the speculation about whether he'd be in DA2.

Since this model has appeared in all the recent videos, I'm thinking that is the model we'll see.  The one seen in the demo could be a discarded model, or just a later appearance change?  The one we saw in the gameplay video isn't going anywhere, however, don't worry.

Anders still looks remarkably like Anders after getting rid of the Alistair bits, so he'll probably look the same. Just AUFGESTOCKTED.

On the topic of this, does Anders look... different between the PC version and the console version? Compared to a lot of screenshots I see of Anders from the PC, he looks like he has much more.... softer looking eyes on my xbox?
I could just be thinking too much.

It is a scary thought. I loved the way Alistair looked and I wouldn't change him for the world.

And I have SO MUCH FUN with character creations in any game.  I remember in DA:O I spent hours tweaking my warden.  Chances are when I'm playing sims I'm just in the create-a-sim mode the whole time too. Such a distraction!

Hmm, I think's Minxie18 right. When I saw that clip introducing Anders I thought that his eyes seemed to be a little flat/off compared to how the demo looked on my computer. It makes sense that that's how the game would look on a lower graphics setting.

Actually in demo he's 90% Awakening!Anders. His eyes and lips are a bit different from Awakening, his face is a little longer. But he has 100% Awakening profile.

I think in the demo pic, he just looks older.. in the video he looks younger. so maybe the demo is the older version? i dont know..

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. I thought they'd change his look now and while I liked the ponytail, his current look is a lot better. He has softer features, which I like
