Seriously, Anders doesn't look like Anders, Isabela's joining quest is a bit different from what we saw in videos, and besides, BW are evil, they could totally put wrong spoilers into the demo, because they knew we would find them.

@Gala -- looking at your sig banners reminded me, I had an idea for an Anders/Cullen fic pop into my head this morning when I'd never even considered that pairing before.

There's got to be Anders/Cullen stuff out there already, right? I mean, come on, it's so freaking obvious XD

I don't tend to read or write fic of canon characters, but I can't get the damn idea of Finn having an unrequited crush on Anders out of my head. It's such an adorable mental image.

If the rumors about Cullen being in the game are indeed true, Anders/Cullen fics are gonna be everywhere.

It was my crazy idea inspired by Miri1984's fanfic: road adventures of Anders, possessed by Justice, and Cullen, possessed by a sex demon. Anders wants to ruin the Chantry and free all mages, Cullen wants to free all templars, because being lyrium addicts and not being able to *marry* hot mage girls sucks.
Also, there IS Anders/Cullen stuff. Ask LupusYondergirl, I've lost the link, because my poor little brain was damaged forever, and life will never be the same again.

I think there's definitely some Anders/Cullen stuff.

There is surprisingly a ton of Cullen fanfiction... like 4 pages of it on fanfiction.net.  More than Jowan, which I found surprising.  I guess the "forbidden love" angle between Cullen/Surana or Amell is more interesting than the "irritating best friend" angle.  (Though again, I love Jowan and read the saddest fanfiction about him yesterday... made me cry.  )

T_T  I wanted to draw Anders pictures like so many others here, but for some reason I never finish just one of these pictures. Anyway, I've been planning on posting something for the people here - I love this thread xD...  Especially now that every new thread is either  "Dragon Age 2 is sooo stupid!" or "Dragon Age 2 is sooo great!" - and of course everyone who has a different opinion is completely braindead. <_< I haven't seen a "It's okay if you think that" without a text following that says something like "... but in that case you are an idiot who hates changes/are an ADHD kid that is too lazy to think/blah and I'm too intelligent for someone like you".  That's how it ends, at least. Im not saying that everyone is like that o_o" I'm no troll XD

Until now I only posted stupid pictures done with Paint (and only with my mouse I found my tablet some days ago, so... finally, better pictures )

I like the pic!  I think it definitely looks like him.  He has a bashful look like he's about to charm his way out of some kind of trouble.

And I personally don't get a lot of slashfic.  I usually avoid it.  And I really can't picture any ho-yay between Anders and Cullen.  Or would it be Foe Yay in this case?  Hmm, that might work a bit better.

It would not be surprised if Anders flirted back with a bronto, but this news does make me happy. My biggest concern if they're all bi is that they will either skimp on the romantic content or the relationships will have very little difference between same sex and heterosexual iterations.

Sigh. I can understand the reasoning, *if* Greg Ellis is voicing Cullen again in DA2, for not having him voice Anders. One, more people definitely will have met Cullen in DA:O, because everyone has to go through the Circle Tower and encounter him on the way to Uldred. Not everyone who has DA:O has played Awakening, however, so it's easier to justify recasting him...especially if they also were going in a different direction for his character. But *if* that's so, I'm still a bit sad.

It's funny, though, seeing those screenshots of the demo version of Anders made me appreciate his new model more. Hopefully by the time I finish my first runthrough of DA2, I'll appreciate the new voice, too.
