Moira took off with Alistair and dragged Zev along.  I don't know who that screenshot is of, it's not her Zev.  And she didn't have anything to do with Anders' mistreatment.  But Pounce is with Nate's sister.

That would be interesting... I always relate Fenris to Zevran so I keep telling myself Fenris is the Bi option for m/m! But since Anders is in all this "possessed" stuff I doubt he would be a bi option. But idk, I could be totally wrong

Yep.  No matter what kind of choices you want to make, the epilogue in Awakening makes it pretty clear that the Warden doesn't stick around for long.  I think it's safe to assume that our Warden is no longer an active member of Ferelden's Grey Wardens.

I know none of my Wardens are.  Eithne Cousland is in Denerim being Queen.  Mariette Amell is being Alistair's slightly ambitious Chancellor and lover.  (Neither of them "disappeared" after a few years, either.  Hmph.)  Rona Brosca is in Antiva with Zevran taking over the Crows.  (And if Zev gives her the slip again and shows up in DA2, I will be quite irritated with him.)

I think Anders could charm anyone into wanting him, so why not?  Personally, I'm fine regardless, but I would like to see some more non-elf (gasp!) bi options at some point in the present/future.

If you like Zevran, you may want to go ahead and see it now.  Get all your shock and tears out of the way before facing him in the game.    I haven't given up, since it could be an older or rough build that they improved in the final version (I HOPE).  I think some people claim to like his new look, but not me.  It can't be blamed on the new elf design, either.  I love the new elves: Merrill is adorable, Fenris is sexy.  They look awesome.  Zevran is... not right.  There's no way that's his finished build.  No way.

It would make Anders cry. (See? Totally on-topic.)

I am firmly in the "They're All Bisexual!" camp, based on nothing but speculation, rumour, and desperate hope. Neither of the men strike me as being more likely than the other, which I think is a wonderful thing. Not being able to point and say, "oh, it's obviously him" is a credit to the writers. They evidently don't feel it's necessary to make a parody of the m/m romance options, which I appreciate.

I'm almost certain that it's an older build. Zevran didn't become an overweight middle-aged elf in under 10 years, unless the Crow guildmaster leads a very cushy lifestyle. If that model made it into the final build I will be shocked. And will download a model replacement for the first time in my DA playing history.

Perhaps it's part of the plot.  Hawke rescues him from a swarm of bees.  That might explain the puffy face and shrunken-looking eyes.
To keep things on topic... Anders, however, translated over to DA2 just fine.  I prefer his DA2 build, in fact.    So sexy.  So squee-worthy.

It's just spot-on. The 'Alistair 2.0' look never truly suited him, and with his new jawline and more emphasised eyes it's as if they plucked him straight out of fandom's fantasies and put him in the game fully-formed.  Lots of high-fives to his designer.
I haven't read other threads or message boards dedicated to him, but there hasn't been anyone showing up here to complain about his redesign, has there?
