Team Harem sounds awesome. Hi, I'm Ladyhawke, and these are my mens.
I don't think I'll be keeping Carver, at least not for my first playthrough. I had wanted to play a mage for my first Anders romance -- for the mage solidarity and understanding -- but I really didn't like playing a mage in the demo. So I am thinking of going the opposite, playing the protective warrior who is used to looking out for her magic-wielding family members. Then she will have that sort of protective edge to her feelings about Anders -- he is a mage who has had the worst happen to him, so to speak. But all that means that I have to keep Bethany and lose Carver. *sniff*
You know I really like this idea. I'm one of those people that never plays as myself, it's always a crafted persona with choices that they would choose, not what I would go with. (Case in point being my main Warden, Evrae: Dalish Elf Warrior. Rotten temper and a very bitter young lady. Not like my bubbly self!

)
I plotted my rogue as being a very free person. The kind that hates seeing people controlled. So naturally she's none too happy with the chantry. She's also a bit of a non-believer, so religion doesn't factor for her.
Conversely, Male Mage Hawke (MMH? Sounds like a very appreciative noise... er...) is an angry, angry person over having to stow himself and Bethany away, so he's a lot more confrontational and aggressive.
Going off on a tangent. Whoops.
