Crap...Anders, what should I romance you as? A Rogue, which I usually start an RPG as? A Mage, because I love raining down hellfire? Or a warrior, simply because 2h is now an AOE beast?

I can't decide! *is conflicted*

I was actually just thinking along those lines as well, but adding warrior for Sebastian (don't care if its chaste), still not decided on Merril or Isabella yet. Going to have to watch them in play to get a better sense of them.

Im going with mage, cause I dont want the Alistair Marrage conflict again. Cause if you werent a rogue or a warrior you couldnt marry him, so I though i would just be a mage like Anders. Also, mages are beast in DA2

That was a nobility thing in DAO.

I didn't want to be a mage in my first run cuz I plan on keeping Anders at my side. I dont want two mages in the team. Tactical reasons.

I did the same with Alistair .I would usually play a rogue If he was my LI.

First time I ever played DAO I played a mage being none the wiser. Made Alistair my Li and he broke my Ravens heart. lol was so sad. RE -DO!

This for me, too.  I like the LIs being a different class, or at least having a different role in the party, so I can be sure to bring them everywhere.  Anders should be good for healing/buffs/support, and since I always hate that role for the PC, he should still be a good match for my crazy destructive DPS mage.  

I have a rogue and a mage planned for Anders-mancing.

I'm a PS3er. And leaving in about 45 minutes to go to my GameStop's midngiht release!

The only downside is that I'll have to pop onto a different name in order to post anywhere for a while. I was an idiot and didn't realize I'd registered an EA account with a different email address than this one which I have all my posting history under. I mean, it's not too big a deal... I managed to secure "DragonRacer" as the name on my real EA account. Just a shame I have all my friends and stuff on this one, but need to use the other one to actually register my game and use the promo codes. Blah.

Probably been thought of already but...

Wouldn't it be appropriate - if our imported save was the Queen/marry Alistair option(the happy ending) we would wind up having our hearts broken in this one. And if we sacrificed our happy ending in the previous game we could have one this time around. Hmm.
