She is doing very good job. I am surprised to find she is allowed to do that. Also I am very curious to see what she does with Anders. She at least have credentials to make something not so ordinary Hollywood with clear "good/bad" choise.

But when it comes to characters I'd like to romance, I'm squarely in favor of the Hollywood ending and clearly labeled good/bad choices..

And if my knowledge is correct, she also wrote Orzammar, Branka and Hespith, which in my opinion was definitely the most gritty/darker part of the game for me.

Greeeeeeat, she wrote for most no-win area of the game (you either pick the murdering, disloyal dictator or the nice guy who does a terrible job), and the couple that ended in betrayal, despair and evil. I don't know a lot about the writers behind the games, please tell me Ms. Hepler has done something other than a downer ending.

Well, if you think about the dwarf commoner origin, that's the Warden who goes from being considered less than dirt in their own land to being hailed as a Paragon and highly influencial amongst humans.  Even more than the City Elf, Brosca is uplifted the most, if he/she survives.  That's a happy ending!

(I'm trying to look on the bright side, if you couldn't tell)

Well yeah, I understand. But on the other hand I like it how she makes things more real. You can't get always what you want, things does not go always like you want, and at times you can't know what is the best to do. Such is life.

If I wanted that, I wouldn't be playing video games.

Lol.

I think that is why I like BioWare's games. You haven't just found your inner dramaturgist xD

::pouts::  I want Anders and Hawke to hop on a unicorn and ride a rainbow to a land of marshmallow kisses and sunshine.

Justice can come too, if he absolutely must.  See, I can compromise.

Well, life is good now. I wont have time for romances in DA2 since me and Anders have things to do :)

Edit: And my endgame will be persuasing Vengeance to posses me xD

Hah. Yeah, my first run was a disaster. First he tried to dump me and I had to reset before the Landsmeet, then I got him killed because I couldn't seem to put two and two together so I rejected the ritual. I yelled so many 'NOOOOOOOooooo's at my computer when he wouldn't let me take the sacrifice. Stupid chivalrous Alistair.

That ending alone made me not want to play again until the buzz started for DA2 and I wanted to get a better export. This time I romanced the elf and had to ignore the sweet templar, I know what trouble he is now. :(

Needless to say, I'm not a fan of bittersweet endings or compromises. You can imagine how many of my team died in ME2. :innocent:

@leggywillow: I could even sacrifice the marshmallows if sacrifice must be made.

Desire Demons don't have gender. Are you sure Justice have?

So this is gonna be what happens when my female Hawke pursues a romance with Anders.

Marian: So, Anders...wanna join me in my tent?
Anders: I would love to, my lady~

*We enter the tent for a night of love-making*

Marian: Holy s**t Anders, it's like you have the stamina of two men!
Anders: Or a demon's...
Marian: What was that?
Anders: What I meant was- no, No! Not now Vengeance! Not now- RAWR! I must kill all the templars and bring down the chantry!
Marian: WTF?

Marian: Wtf?

Lol. That was hilarious. Both Vengeance and Anders got her, but the switch did not go all well xD Remember by the way Anders is grey warden too.

Edit: Anders will be more than three men. I can hear already gossip "Anders WTF!"

One would hope she wouldn't just be learning about his condition in the throes of passion. At the very least he could mention it beforehand. :P

Anders: Right, before this gets going... Well... Here's the thing, it's not a big deal, but I'm just a little bit... abomination.
Hawke: .... ... You're a 'little bit' of an abomination.
Anders: Just a tad.

I agree, the dwarf character stories from what I have played through were just awesome and more awesome! (and you get the point) :P The Dwarf Commener origin is probably my favorite origin, the characters you encounter, story, was just excellently written and I could not believe how emotionally attached I became with these characters!

So I am happy Anders is being written by her, I have faith she will do a fantastic job!

Anyways I am very happy to see Anders/Justice make a return, I loved them in Awakening! I just hope at the very least Anders will still have some of his charm and wit about him.

No point in bringing him back if he hasn't got SOME of the same characteristics. Oh that article that devastated all the people hoping to romance Aveline (myself included) also HEAVILY hinted that Greg Ellis would be back as Anders' voice. Or at least, they said the returning characters would have the same voice actors. I know Alistair's meant to be in there somewhere, but I'm hoping they meant Anders too.

Lol he looks the same, does he not?

Edit: And you just use Power of Love and change him, if needed.

Well that's a relief. I was a bit worried for a moment since Merrill and Isabela's voices are both different. I didn't care much about either of them, but Greg Ellis' smooth voice would certainly be missed.

Exactly. If there's no remnant of Ander's personality, then bringing him back is essentially pointless.

As long as it's the same VO, he is still witty and he is still Anders I will be happy. The new route they are taking with him is very interesting. Having a character with duel personalities and such or in Anders case, two beings in one body is always interesting and if done well, fantastic.

If he is not witty I will be sad :crying:

I forgot about this, this could also be intresting since Anders does live on borrow time, this could make him reckless in his plans to take down the chantry.
