It'll depend on the situation, but I can't see slaughtering Anders out of hand. You just have to consider what your Hawke might know about such things, and when Hawke finds out. It'll be a lot harder if he's been your buddy/LI for a few years. But we shall see.



That's why Zevran lives for my Wardens. That have a hard time cutting someone's throat in cold blood when they're defensive and have been more than willing to spill info.

I think the fact that when you first happen on Anders he's saving a bunch of people's lives would be a good reason to give him the benefit of the doubt, at least for a little while.

Yep, but we don't yet know how long it is before the PC finds out about his "condition". I mean, if he goes ballistic on an enemy J/V sees as a threat and then tells us, I know my Hawke would be a bit wary - 'just how unpredictable is this guy?'

That would be an interesting twist.  I would definitely defend Anders, but I wonder what Anders/Justice would have to think about an opposition like that.

I will so much enjoy killing those tincans and apologists. I will even have to invent creative ways to do it for lulz even though I much more prefer quick and deadly efficiency.

I suppose if you don't really care about the roleplaying aspect and just like the character from what you already know. I adored Anders in Awakening, but for DA2 I'm planning on doing as much of a clean slate as possible: all my Hawke knows is that he's a very jumpy healer dude.

I have been roleplaying my Hawke in these forums a long time. When he meets a mage who is not hostile the mage will immediatly be under my protection. And I know he will be a friend to Anders/Justice.

There was no time reference when those other companions begin to get stupid ideas, so I supposed it was after I consider Anders a friend. But if it was before, then Anders would still be under my protection.

Enjoying by the way now greatly of Awakening. Very interesting to listen what Justice and Anders talk.

Ohhh, I want to watch that so badly. I just don't want to be spoiled by the dialogue. I hate knowing what a character is going to say before they say it, and my memory, while usually extremely bad, seems to extend forever where Dragon Age is concerned.

:'( Maybe I'll read through the interview after it's posted. I'm trying to restrain myself from finding out too much information at this point. I'm even skipping the demo, though I fear my spleen will rupture from the effort of staying away.

It'll make the finished product all the more wonderful, I keep telling myself . . .

Edited to say: Once again, found sparkly Anders in multiple signitures, if it belongs to anyone and I've infringed, please tell me and I'll remove it.

Lol I could not resist watching. I will have to say I fill have to forget fantasies about doing two men war (me and Anders) against chantry. Since can't imagine how I could not take Isabella in the team xD

Will have to begin to think about rolling a warrior and taking Merril, Anders, and Isabella. It very much appears that Isabella will be perma. Hate to admit but in this case it can happen I don't care what she says because I see how she looks
