I can't quote where I saw this, but I'm pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere that Nathaniel will be making a cameo appearance.

I think it was more of a "WELL DUH" kind of thing, not an actual confirmation but... YES he will probably make an appearance.  I hope so.  I really liked Nate.

Anders overall might be the connection to the Wardens people would expect. He knew the warden after all. I wonder if he'll share stories and oh imagine the conversations between Anders and Isabella about the warden.



There's a lot of possibilities.....and the plot thickens...

So I've been replaying Awakening, and I just finished Blackmarsh and got Justice. I walk into Vigil's keep and talk to him via the dialogue point in the chest behind him. I tried to find a video clip of this but I couldn't.



Basically, it was omgwtf foreshadowing. There's an option to say to him, "You want vengeance?" and then at the end he mentions how the world is so beautiful, and he wishes he could see it through eyes that are not dead. o.O

Don't have much more to add to all the positive comments I've read about his return. I am excited to see a darker side played out in the character. He was by far my favourite companion.

I just finished Awakening too, and there does seem to be a lot of hints and foreshadowing. I wonder if they had this Anders/Justice thing figured out as they were making them for Awakening? My favorite foreshadowing dialogue was Nate and Justice, I think. Nathaniel suggests that maybe if Justice 'gives' instead of takes if he possesses a body, then he's not necesarily a demon. That with Justice, the host can accomplish something they can't do on their own.

I'm sure that's ultimately convinced Justice to convince Anders. I'm mostly just surprised Anders agreed to it. But it convinces me that Justice can be brought back.
