Hopefully you could remove the vengenance spirit or revert it back to justice.
If you don't get rid of it, Lady Hawke will have a hard time to get Anders to bed her.

I agree with you there... I think a spirit of faith is very compatible with Wynne so there would be no conflict there. Anders, however, while he is a good person seems like he plays by his own rules which would not mix well with Justice
It´s spirit of Justice, not spirit of Law. I don´t think it has anything to do with following the rules, but Anders being so angry at the way Chantry treates mages that his most powerful feeling is rage. It´s funny (well, it isn´t) but in some way that acted as the DS of the Force when Justice went into him

I'm interested in how the heck Anders got possessed in the first place.
That's not a reassuring thought, and yet it's still an attractive one. O.oKazanth wrote...

"It is the Maker who creates mages. The Chantry was built by men, and it can be brought down by them." Any man who says this is redeemable in my opinion. MY FAV QUOTE RIGHT NOW!!!
Where is that from? Now that´s badass creed.

Read the profile. Dear god, Anders is going to die at the end of this game. If he's an LI, I have an inkling there is going to be quite a lot of tragedy involved.

I cannot believe it. I cannot believe it. This is ridiculous.
I was angry dammit! I was righteously indignated! "Four returning companions?", I moaned. "How could you do this to me?", I cried. "Couldn't you have at least had a different Spirit possessing him?" I wailed.
So, what is this insult? Adding a genius twist to subvert my Outrage of Righteousness? I won't have it, I tell you!

I suppose Anders could have been on the brink of death and he bonded with Justice to save his own life. The major trait of Anders in DAA was his urge to be free. And that very
same person should be willing to give away control over his body and
mind to a spirit??? This is perhaps the most extreme loss of freedom
imaginable!
This confuses me a little, too. I initially thought that he only became active about going against the Chantry under the influence of Justice inside him. It's hard to tell if they're saying his own need for vengeance corrupted Justice, or if the blending of their personalities is what caused the corruption or... I'm just confusing myself more. Finally, Anders dislike/hate seemed directed at the templars not the
circle. It's the templar that are hunting him, not the circle. Why the
shift?

I don't know.
Merrill had the personality of dry butter toast in DA:O. I knew next to nothing about her except she is going to be keeper and she's from my camp. And she's sort of pissy in the game.
Isabela appears completely overhauled and different from her DA:O counterpart. Even then, in DA:O the only thing we knew about her was she taught us a skill set, fought people, owns a ship, and is just as promiscuous as Zevran.
Anders & Justice are different, but even then in Awakenings their personalities were never truly fleshed out. The game sort of ended suddenly for me, as far as Justice's story went. You could sense something was wrong, plot information about the story between Spirits & Demons and it ends too quickly. As for Anders, I understand a bit more where you are coming from since his personality and background is pretty well fleshed out.

This new Anders leaves me a puzzled:

By becoming a warden Anders was finally free from the circle. Moreover, he never seemed like the hateful type. But now he suddenly decides that he hates the circle and has to crush it???
Finally, Anders dislike/hate seemed directed at the templars not the circle. It's the templar that are hunting him, not the circle. Why the shift?
All of this seems completely out of character for Anders! I don't buy it.
One more thing: What happens if the player has decided to let Anders be killed - there are several such occasions in Awakening after all. Will Anders be resurrected or is the player short one companion.
Never mind logic and coherence, as long as the new Anders doesn't get on my nerves with his feline love affairs, all is well. I really hope Sir-Pounce-a-lot has been eaten by Darkspawn.
