I support Vengeance's angry demon sex and Justice's gentle spirit sex. That's all I have to say.

Hear Hear!!! It would be like having 3 boyfriends at once. Depending on the time of day/events you would get Funny/witty Anders, sweet sensitive honor bound spirit Justice, or I am going throw you against a wall and .....well you get the point Vengeance. :D

No one can complain about the relationship getting boring. But I would put Anders after Vengeance, so he could, ah, cure your wounds with his staff.

Oh RinjiRenee I WILL PAY YOU to finish it.

And... yum?

Also, speculating if Anders (at first, before it becomes all angsty) will pretend to turn the Vengeance thing on for giggles.

Anders: I CANNOT DO THE DISHES, it would be UNJUST.

Hawke: Pull the other one, Anders, it's got bells on.

Anders: Bugger. The voice. I need to work on the voice...

If it were a split personality, getting it on with Justice would mean you wouldn't actually have Anders' consent. Which would be awkward all around, I think.

Oh yes.  Me too.

A preview:

We'll see if I ever finish...

I'd like to remember you guys that Anders is a Spirit Healer. The description of the specialization says that Spirit Healers have a greater risk to be posessed than other mages, so they need a lot of willpower. If Anders is a spirit healer, he's no weak-willed mage.

Also, I wonder if he being a spirit healer changes anything when being posessed by Justice - maybe other mages wouldn't have corrupted Justice, even if they hated the circle as much as Anders, because they're not as sensible to those things like a Spirit Healer is?

See, I don't think the other mages have to deal with the spirits as much as a Spirit Healer would ... well, for obvious name reasons.  And it does state in the lore that Spirit Healer is a difficult specialization because they basically beckon the help of spirits to enhance their abilities.  It's not easy.  Wynne's mind was already made up about her position in the Chantry and, going by her very motherly and wise dialogue, there wasn't much reason for her to worry about the Spirit changing.  Anders is still young and has yet been through a lot to sway his opinion about the Chantry, and so while his will is very high (hey, he managed to get through a year of isolation without going completely bonkers), his emotions are ... a little unstable, to say the least.

I think, however, if a Spirit were to possess any other type of mage, they'd be even more susceptible to changes because the Mage isn't as attuned to it.  Does that make any sense?

It does, actually. Also, I'd say that Wynne is a spirit healer not because she trained to be a Spirit Healer and 'mastered' a spirit, but because the spirit choose her when she was in a very early age.

Very true.  We don't know what her occupation was before she was possessed by the spirit.

I'm replaying Awakening, and I do truly love Justice. He does show signs of being intrigued by and moved by Kristoff's love for Aura. If Anders starting feeling something for somebody, I think that Justice would be very tempted as well.

I agree with you Wynne, and in my opinion I'd be extremely interesting to see how Justice behaves in that type of situation.

Sigh. I don't know why bioware can't just give you a choice of all the party members, bar siblings, and be done with it. It would stop a lot of the competitive nature of these threads. Everyone wants their chosen character to be a LI but some will inevitably miss out the way it's done. I don't see why all the choices shouldn't be there to please everyone.

I think Bioware has too much faith in the fans being civil to one another.  Hahaha.

No, I think it has to do with resources and writing.  It's one thing to cater to the fans (which has and will continue to happen), but I think the writers do have the right to say "no, I will make this awesome character, and he/she will not be a gimmick to make you swoon!  I am not your trained dancing monkey!"  And props to them.  Creativity-wise, the notion that you have to make all your characters love interests is very stifling.

But I don't blame you for thinking the way you do.  Believe me, I know the feeling.

@Filament I don't think bioware are edgy enough to do pet death (apart from that Darkspawn Chronicles thing). Fellatio, sure. Pet death - not so much.

I doubt doing even that would please everyone, and you can't forget that it takes time and resources to write and implement each romance.

9am: The front door to Anders' house opens, and a ginger tabby is unceremoniously pushed out the door.

10am:
The door creaks open, cautiously, and the cat slips back inside.

11am:
The door swings open, and a hand holding the cat by the scruff of the neck drags it outside.

12pm:
The door opens once more, and a quiet voice can be heard murmuring, "Come on, Pounce, come on." The cat slips back inside.

1pm:
The door slams open and the cat speeds out, its ears flat as shouting can be heard from inside.

2pm:
A blonde man in a robe looks disconsolately around the garden, shaking a little blue bowl with 'Ser Pounce-a-lot' written on the side.

3pm:
The cat scratches mournfully at the front door, which remains resolutely closed.

4pm:
The cat sleeps on the doorstep, enjoying the last of the afternoon sun.

5pm:
Smells of cooking dinner come from inside the house, and the cat sits beneath the kitchen window, yowling loudly.

6pm:
The kitchen window is opened, the cat leaps through.

7pm:
More shouting can be heard from inside, including phrases like, "There will be no SLAVERY in this house!" The cat jumps out of the window and sits on the grass licking his chops, looking fat and happy.

8pm:
There is a quiet squeak in the bushes, as something small and furry dies.

9pm:
The lights in the house are turned out, one by one.

10pm:
Silence rules.

11pm:
The cat waits patiently by the front door, eyes huge and gleaming.

12am:
The door is opened just a crack, and the cat slips inside. From inside comes a soft whisper, "There you are, Ser Pounce-a-lot. Who's a good kitty, then? You are, yes, you are." The door closes.

Good grief, what do people see in a guy that just spews comic relief 80% of the time?
