9am: The front door to Anders' house opens, and a ginger tabby is unceremoniously pushed out the door.
10am: The door creaks open, cautiously, and the cat slips back inside.
11am: The door swings open, and a hand holding the cat by the scruff of the neck drags it outside.
12pm: The door opens once more, and a quiet voice can be heard murmuring, "Come on, Pounce, come on." The cat slips back inside.
1pm: The door slams open and the cat speeds out, its ears flat as shouting can be heard from inside.
2pm: A blonde man in a robe looks disconsolately around the garden, shaking a little blue bowl with 'Ser Pounce-a-lot' written on the side.
3pm: The cat scratches mournfully at the front door, which remains resolutely closed.
4pm: The cat sleeps on the doorstep, enjoying the last of the afternoon sun.
5pm: Smells of cooking dinner come from inside the house, and the cat sits beneath the kitchen window, yowling loudly.
6pm: The kitchen window is opened, the cat leaps through.
7pm: More shouting can be heard from inside, including phrases like, "There will be no SLAVERY in this house!" The cat jumps out of the window and sits on the grass licking his chops, looking fat and happy.
8pm: There is a quiet squeak in the bushes, as something small and furry dies.
9pm: The lights in the house are turned out, one by one.
10pm: Silence rules.
11pm: The cat waits patiently by the front door, eyes huge and gleaming.
12am: The door is opened just a crack, and the cat slips inside. From inside comes a soft whisper, "
There you are, Ser Pounce-a-lot. Who's a good kitty, then?
You are, yes,
you are." The door closes.
