Bioware will probably make the right choise and chose Anders cause he has alot more girl fans then the 'menly' chest hair dude xD
I wouldn't call either the right choice, seeing how they both seem to be awesome in their own way and the only thing that Anders fangirls have on Varric fangirls is that we've been teased with Anders and it's probably either now or never for him while Varric will most likely be in DA3. And I doubt that BW cares about that.

So if Anders is a love interest will Justice/Vengeance provide any input?
Hah, that's like 25% of why I want it.

I said I want both Anders and Justice. Because I'm greedy :innocent: And I didn't eat sweets today, I've earned it!panamakira wrote...
Are the seriously asking who we want for Valentines. Uhm, Anders?

This thread really is a "testosterone-free zone", I think.
Pretty funny stuff. I never realized so many girls played RPGs. Very educational.
There may actually be some lessons in here that can carry over into the real world.

Me neither and yes we earned it!
Plus, I think there's no such thing as being too greedy about who you want to romance! *cough* got Fenris, waiting for Anders *cough*

Anyway, back to topic. Everyone. I know how hard that sounds, but we have to try or else we'll go insane!
A theory on Justice/Vengeance moments -- It's going to come up during key moments in the story, perhaps like in Awakening when dialogue was sometimes triggered by an event or by something in the environment?

You can "call on" your companions during conversations. I can see something along the lines of "Anders? I see your eyes are glowing and your hands are all flamey. I take it you have an opinion on the matter?"

lol yes. There are a lot of girls that play RPG, not as much as guys but still a fair enough amount for us to have a place in the genre~ I think games made by Bioware provide an equal amount of enjoyment for both sexes, so that we can "squeeeee" about romances and still be hooked with a story and gameplay. At least for me, romances are one of the many bonuses but the fact I customize my characters and be female and kick ass is mainly why I love these RPGs.

If you played Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, you should remember that awesome moment when Jeanette and Therese were arguing. I swear, I've never seen anything better than that in video games. But I have faith in BioWare
edit: I think faster than I write, that's why it seems like there's no sense in my words.

I would be shocked to my toes if Anders isn't romancable. Regardless of how much I want it to be so.

I have to say, I wasn't paying that much attention to Alistair.
I was busy with Morrigan.

Am I the only person here who believes that BioWare wouldn't dare make a game without allowing a required human PC to have a human LI? And no, Isabela doesn't count.

Have they even said that there are four LIs? Mass Effect only had the three. If your Shepard wasn't into woman-shaped beings, you only had Kaidan. They could very well consider Isabela the catch-all human LI, if that's how they look at their characters (and I hope they don't).

Actually, Mike Laidlaw said there would be four. But I could be wrong.

But I hope there will be 5 LIs. Er, 5.5, because I count Justice as 0.5
