I wonder what I kind of talk Anders/Justice will have with Sebastians regarding his quest for revenge?

I just hope they aren't too one-note about it (though I'm not really worried about this; the writers always do a great job).

Anders/Justice:  VEEEENNGGEEEAANNCEE!
Sebastian: REEEVEENNGEEE!
Hawke: ::rubs temples in exasperation::  Come on now, guys, I only burned dinner a bit.
Anders/Seb:  Dinner will be AVENGED!

Marry me? jk. This is funny. :P

Wynne, 'nuff said. And I also heard a dev say: You never saw Anders actually die.

they have said if they want to bring back a character that they feel they havent fully explored, they willl regardless of the epilogue slides.

essentially: Dont regard the epilogue slides as cannon.

Also, what guy above me said. You never saw him die. Justice could have possessed him just before he would have died.

I wonder if Anders will mention the Awakening companions in party banter...and if Nathaniel's supposed cameo will have anything to do with him. PLEASE let it be so! I'd love to have them run into each other again.

Actaully it sounds as if Anders regrets turning Justice into Vengeance. I mean I know I'd feel bad if my own anger and rage at the injustice present in humanity turned a nobel and compassionate being into a monster.

Poor Justice was unprepared to deal with dangers of the human mind and emotions. Anders, well meaning though he was, contributed to his friends fall. Now the two are stuck together, one driven insane by a human mind, and another crushed under the guilt of his own actions.

Well I think Nathaniel will find it odd when he meets not only Anders/Vengeance but also Nathaniels spritual succeser Sebastian

A spirit of good and an evil demon fighting for possession over a (potentially) dead host. Hmm... where have I seen this before...?

So, his personal quest (assuming there are for each comapnion) might be trying to redeem the spirit? Or something that will happen near the end maybe?

So bioware will basically be ignoring the decisions I made in Awakening to suit their own purposes? Then what's the point of importing my game then if they're just gonna selectively ignore my actions? It defeats the whole purpose of importing, which is to take into account MY STORY AND MY DECISIONS, not bioware's.

except the spirit and demon are one and the same. Spirit was warped by Ander's anger.

Loved Anders in awakening, so its great he's back in DA2. Even though he's changed, I hope he still gives put the occasional snarky comment. Don't get me wrong, I like the 'new' Anders, but I just hope he hasn't completely changed.

Well, they have to decide on something. My ending was different than yours, as he never died. With multiple decisions that can be made, you cant really have a cannon ending anyway. You cant ignore my actions just because you want it a certian way that you decided.

I wonder if Vengeance won't be able to be helped, and it will be a matter of either encouraging Anders in that direction, or going into the Fade to kill Vengeance... :(

Perhaps it's just me, but I can pretty easily see Anders coming back regardless of how you ended Awakening. If he's dead, who's to say Justice didn't just...come on in once he was done with Kristoff's body? Demons of the Fade do that quite a bit, and Justice in a dialog admits he now understands why so many demons are clamoring to leave the Fade.

Plus, the information provided is pretty vague, so I'm sure there will be an explanation.

The problem is, it takes away that sense of player control. Bioware has talked time and again about allowing players freedom of choice and that sense of control over the storyline. By deciding for us what has happened though, they are essentially stripping us of that power to decide FOR OURSELVES. It's this that really gets to me.

Hah, yeah, that's actually what I was thinking of - Anders making references about Nathaniel to Sebastian.
