Yes, that's exactly what Liara fans think of her. They don't see her romance as something meaningful, they'd rather sit through a whole game to get to one minute of blue sideboob...instead of you know, loading up some free porn on the internet in a few seconds. Yeah!!!

I think this is very much true. If they wanted to add a lesbian romance just for these types of guys, they would make it auxiliary to Shepard so you don't have to play through the entire game as a female to see it (and 'it' constitutes one very tame 30 second scene).

Here, as anywhere else, your opinion is only that, your opinion, and the OP just wanted to have a ME1 playthrough that was dictated by polls, specifically polls held on these boards. None of the results, whatever they might be, are personal insults to you or anyone else, and disparaging other people because you did or did not see results that agreed with your opinion accomplishes nothing.
