Don't know if anyone's brought this up, but as much as I like the overall design of the Normandy, it feels way too big for the number of people and things on board. Even with a full crew it can feel like a ghost ship. I think it would have felt more realistic if it were either half the size, or had a bigger crew.

Anything they could do to reduce the load times would be tremendous.

If anything it should be bigger.

Next ship is going to be a stealth cruiser.

Size doesn't matter. It's how you scan palladium with it.

Thats funny, I always thought that when you looked at it from windows and platforms when you landed somewhere it looked out of scale. As in it being the size of a small plane. Other than that I think the thing is perfect the way it is.

I do prefer the smaller tighter feel of the SR1 however I suppose they are not designed for the same thing. SR1 for short recon missions. SR2 for long extended missions so i guess it kind of makes sense that is bigger, more self sufficient and more spacious. Could have used a few more crew members tho, I agree.

I love the SR2 but the PS3 load times onboard are agonizing.

I want the next ship to be a Stealth cruiser.

Imagine the things and missions they could fit in it.

The ship's fine, but the crew is too small. There's too many empty chairs.

I agree with DJCS. Too few crew members as opposed to the SR1 which felt busy. Perhaps this was done to contrast Cerberus and the Alliance. Like Dr. Chakwas said, they lack enthusiasm.

I think it's fine as is. Crew is just fine as well IMO.

They need more soldiers, imo. A large room where a platoon of Cerberus commandos can live. Like in that station that had to be blown up in ME1.

Agree with good size, small crew. If they fix anything for ME3 I hope it's the Normandy Scanners.....or give me command of a fleet of minnig ships.

I think they should just blast the planet and mine out whats left of it. Much more fun if you play as Renegade.
You would probably get like a billion tons of each element, too.

Finite resources.  Better yet....lets just develop the technology to harvest all developed sentient life every 50,000 years or so in order to prosper indefinetly with little challange against us.   oh wait.....

I generally consider the Normandy SR2 as more of a destroyer than a frigate but that's just a former sailor talking.

As for the crew size, I'd wager it's about right. Modern navies are doing a lot to automate ships and reduce the size (and cost) of crews for ships.

Plus we have EDI and she can essentially run the ship.
