I've been working on re-skinning the wyvern to make a polar variety and I'm having troubles getting the eyes to appear. I even took out all the modified files and the eyes still don't appear. I never looked at the model very closely and I'm wondering if they ever appear. Can someone check to see and make sure I didn't do something funny to my toolset? Thanks. If I have done something funny I would appreciate suggestions on how to fix it.

No, they never have eyes. Clearly, a wyvern "sees" by tasting the air with its tail and then inserting it in its ear.

That's how I do it! Thanks for the help, that's a bit of a load off my shoulders. Now I'm trying to paint in eyes using the texture and it's hard not to make it look really stupid. It's really too bad that it doesn't work because if you open up the .dds for the wyvern eyes, it is amazing! I wish it would appear on the model.

Obviously these wyverns were inspired by watching Pitch Black at least two times too often before modeling. (I don't mean your reskin, there, Matt. I'm talking Original Model Assets.)

You think they look like Vin Diesel?

LOL! No the creatures in Pitch black did resemble these wyvern models a lot though. Clearly not an exact match, but resemblant enough to see it right off to my view.

I admire module makers who also have the talent and patience to get into model making/tweaking. Isn't there enough to be learned and to be done in a mod already?
Good job on the wyvern. Sure looks frigid. Might need a bit more shading but it's hard to tell from this distance.

Have you tried tinting it? The Wyvern has a fairly robust tint palette. Also, do you plan on making a pack for these? I suggest, "Mr. Rieder's Frozen Foes: The Icicleification of the Heroscape."

Thanks for the encouragement and advice. I did a little more shading and darkened it up and it does look better. Not as good as Vin Diesel, though...
