When I first heard male hawk on the video i was like aww, after playing the demo this morning I was like "holy $h!t"

P.S. That's a good thing, I'm so glad I preordered months ago, now to play the waiting game

After playing the demo, I'm wondering if Hawk's mother has the same VA as Eleanor (Momma Cousland). They sounded very similar to me.

Yes, I believe it was confirmed that Leandra has the same VA as Eleanor.

Does anyone know who Jo Wyatt voiced in Fable?  She's credited for being in all 3 of them.  And Adam Howden was in Fable 3 as well, but I don't know who he voiced.

Now I have to play Perfect Dark Zero, imdb says Jo Wyatt voices Chandra and it has been a while so I can't tell if it is her.



Speaking welsh voice overs, Siobahn Flynn was in The Last Remnant as Emmy is now in Marvel vs Capcom 3 as Morrigan Aensland. She does a mean scottish accent.

No she was.  She was that priest in Ostagar. The one kneeling and praying in that area where the Grey Wardens were all around the Genlock.

She might have been in ME, just not credited.

Wasn't it already known that Greg Ellis is not voicing Anders? I thought it was obvious from the little introduction clip we've seen that it's not Ellis.

And omg Eve Myles!

edit: hmm, Ellis is listed, though. Could Cullen be coming back? Or will it be Ellis if you free Anders from Vengeance?

After trying the demo in english first and in french after, i can tell that english VO is by far superior.

I REALLY hope i can install english voices (and maybe text too) with the french copy i ordered... Because otherwhise, the game will be screwed for me...

Male Hawke's VA is atrocious. It is just so out of place that it's funny.

Possibly because we have an excellent reason to use this character? Something you may not even know about, yet? That and it's possible for a character to have changed while still being recognizeable as the person you knew? He's not there simply for fan service, after all.

OK, ok.  In all seriousness, Anders sounded just fine to me in the little clip I saw.  As did Isabela.  Their new VAs sounded close enough to the old ones that I didn't even notice until I replayed the previews a few times.

In my house, we always refer to Vaughan as Not Sean Bean, because he looks kind of like Bean, and sounds like Bean when he's doing his best Received Standard.

I've been trying to figure out who voices Cassandra.  After going through the additional voices in the credits and percolating for a while, I think I might know who it is.

Is Cassandra voiced by Miranda Raison?

Also, a guess at Elthina's voice actress- Rachel Atkins?

Jo Wyatt is okay for female Hawke, would have liked to seen Rebekah Staton as female Hawke instead of Bethany. Jo Wyatt had a bunch of minor roles in Origins, she earned the title of lead most likely.
