I hesitate to even consider Gideon voicing Fenris because of what DG said about the accent. I do hope that they get Adam Leadbetter to voice Justice/Vengeance, though. Ohhhh, the things that man's voice does to me.

And I want Peter Bramhill to voice someone. 

I disagree. Although Balthier has a pretty heavy accent, Gideon Emery comes from a very weird background. He's English - South African - Standard American. He's very good at hiding his voice and altering it, or bringing out slight accents when necessary which requires a lot of control.

I was only saying that DG mentioned we would be able to figure out his voice in a very short time because of his accent, which is what makes me think it's not Gideon Emery. That's all I meant by it. He's one of my favorite VAs, after all.

I totally see where you are coming from. I was under the impression that DG meant most people are such hardcore fans, an inkling of the voice would answer the VA question within seconds by narrowing it down to the accent and games where that accent was utilized, Brian Bloom as an example. I still believe Gideon Emery is a strong contender for those reasons.

I also think it's Emery.  I know DG has posted about being a fan of Emery's before, plus, as HolyJellyfish mentioned, his South African/English accent is quite unusual.  Maybe it's because I went in with a preconceived notion about him being the VA and I'm only hearing what I want to hear, but that brief "we should move on" line sounds like Emery to me.

It's hard to tell from that short line, but I don't think that's Cornish.

Yuri himself has lived in North and West Africa, Japan, and spent several years travelling through Europe.  In addition to that, he speaks several languages.  So far, the only accent he can't do well is Australian, but its really hard to do it once you learn how to do a British accent.

Its Creepy. Fenris even looks like Gideon Emery. But only time will tell.

My theory is that if it IS Emery, he's using his natural accent, which is an odd mix of SA and American. If David had said that Fenris had a South African accent ... I think everyone would have put together who Fenris was voiced by very quickly.

Assuming it IS Gideon Emery. It could be Santa Claus for all we know at this point

Now.... the article that crushed the hopes of Aveline lovers hinted that they'd be bringing back the voice actors for characters that were also in DA:O. I know Steve Valentine did some work for Alistair, but can we have word on whether Greg Ellis is coming back for Anders? Or even Adam Leadbeater for the other part of Anders? Because both of them were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.
