Seeing a difference with the Quarians depending on whether you handed the evidence over during Tali's trial or got her exiled or did one of the other things that got her cleared without troubles brewing for them. Also seeing how they react to you if you didn't recruit Tali or didn't take her to the trial. So many variables just for this instance
My 'Worse playthrough' Shep (only an unloyal Kasumi/Zaeed alive with Joker and lots of bad decisions made on loyalty missions or just not done at all) having downright impossible chances of gaining allies due to messing things up in the previous 2 games. Please Bioware, show that you got the quads to do this, I want that playthrough of ME3 to be downright hard to complete without major trouble.

As a side effect though, shops on the Citadel now won't offer any pets to anyone who did this.
Said Krogan complaining to some C-Sec officer that there should be fish in the Presidium lakes if he was told by Shep in ME2 the truth.
Shop owners on Citadel refusing to give Paragon Sheps a discount due to rumours of them making false claims about each store being their favourite on the Citadel
(I have a Paragon Shep who does this and I would actually find it funny if this happened).
John Whitson (silly kid wanting to play 'Merc' on Omega on garrus recruitment mission) now running a store on Omega and automatically gives Shep a discount for saving his butt.
Meeting Seryna (spelling?) somewhere and if Thane is with us and we read the message she offers to buy us a drink as she said she would for Thane. That has me wondering as just realised I've never took the 'Delete Recording' option, might try that in next playthrough to see if anything significant happens as seems odd there is a choice there.
