I made my payment on Feb. 7, 2011 01:39:46 PST - via Paypal for 1600 points / $20.
The payment went through on my bank, but I have not recieved the points after the payment went through
on https://masseffect2.points.bioware.com @ 2011/02/07 9:39 AM.
I could not find a support number on the website, can I get help or here?
Or does anyone have a support number I could call?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The chaps over on the Points help forum will hopefully be able to help out; this one's for Bioware Store items only, which doesn't include points (which I know is a bit confusing, but...)
