The wardens story takes place over about 2 years. DA2 takes place over ten, likely, these two will show up somewhere in the third year.

Actually, if you read the things during the loading screens in DA2 you see it says that the 5th blight only lasted about 1 year thanks to the hero of Ferelden [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]
