Are we sure it is possible to customize Hawke's face?
I only see the "default" face on the web videos... not any different face until now...
I imagine it is possible, but I'd like to be SURE of it... BioWare told nothing about it...

Actually BioWare has confirmed that you will be able to customize Hawke's appearance. Check out the What Do We Know? Thread. It might just help you out.

Yes you will be able to customize it, but from what I saw in a video yesterday, there's a bit of a storytelling trick to it. When the story starts to be told you'll look like the iconic Hawke you see on the website. Because the Narrator is exaggarating the story. But then you'll be able to do what your Hawke really looks like with full customization just like we had in the last game.

yes. it will be similar to facial customization of mass effect, where yo can't use the default as a starting template (unfortunately) but there is a preset that is very close
