Hawke as Main Character for all the Dragon Age Future Games?

This could mean Hakwe won't die in the main story.
Is Hawke gonna become the Main Character for ALL the DA games? (like Shepard in Mass Effect)
What do you think?

Nah, I don't think so. Seems like they like the idea of starting fresh with a new hero in the Dragon Age franchise.

but I really FEAR Hawke is gonna be like Shepard, as they are making DA2 very similar to Mass Effect for certains features...

What I'm secretly hoping for is a couple more games with different protagonists, and a capstone to the series with an Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. The Warden would sadly have to be the main character, being mute and all, but it would be nifty if you could pick your favorite main to have "in charge". It would be the cheesiest game ever, but I'd play it and forgive all trespasses because it would have to be ridiculously over the top.

I could easily see Hawke making a cameo in future installments, though.

i predict it's more like a different hero for every game.
like, in DA3 you could be a chevalier in orlais
and in DA4 you would be a qunari in Par' vollen
and so on.
dragon age isn't about the warden or hawke
it's about a series of adventures that take place in thedas during the dragon age which spans over 100 years.

So we have The Warden's Tale.
Hawke's Tale and so on.

So... You want a full game to address a DLC? Despite the fact that said DLC is a conclusion by itself? What about us who played a Warden who couldn't care less about Morrigan? Are we to be saddled with the swamp witch, regardless of *our* continuity?riccaborto wrote...

Anyway, addressing the OP, I don't think that'll be a problem, as the developers have already stated that Dragon Age games are about the setting, so we'll most likely get a different protagonist and a different location for DA 3.

I don't understand how similar gameplay features translates into story features.

But I'd be very sorry if the DA series as a whole ended up focused on a single character rather than exploring the various lands of Thedas and chronicling the whole century.
I want to see Weisshaupt eventually. What reason does Hawke have to go to Weisshaupt?

As the person who should be called Hawke, I find it difficult to accept that:
Varric is being interrogate by Cassandra. Therefore, we know Hawke is not present. We don't know what happen to Hawke except we know he's the Champion of Kirkwall. Whatever Varric's account, things already happen. We might see Hawke started at Loitering early in the game. But that event was 10 years ago. The shadow of Hawke's past. Not the real Hawke. There are already rumor that Hawke's story might end as cliffhanger, meaning we may never know for sure where he is by the end of the story. Thus, if we are Hawke, how can we don't know our present location and what happen to ourself. Are we even alive?
If I am wrong then can someone please explain or at least assure so that I don't feel lost about my own character.
