hello,

i m french gamer and buy this fabulous game 2 days ago,
yesterday i enter my redeem codes ta have dragon armor and shale but, i don't know if i do something wrong, i don't have acces to the download in the game part.
if someone can help me please
and excuse me if my english is not good

i have the same problem, too.

i've done everything like it's described on the code paper, when i entered the code there was the message that everything is okay, but the download didn't appear anywhere.

and yes i have logged in with the same account as the dragon age account is in the game.

I've put the redeem codes of the collectors edition, but doesnt appear in the "Download content" screen, in the game.



PS: i can't download the 3 extra items too

Seems like i have the same problem, i entered the code and it said everything went fine but still i cant download it. If i look to my profile and there my "your registered game promotions" it shows the stone prisoners thing just fine but still i cant download it from the game

Seems the problem only happened to gamer outside the states. Hopefully bioware look up to this problem and fix it up.

i have the problem too except it shows it in-game for me. but it will cost me MS points which cost money, even though the game said that they're included.

There is a sticky in the tech forum about not seeing your downloads even though you have successfully redeemed your code(s).

I had the same issue, luckily an easy fix solved it for me. If you are on Vista (perhaps alos XP) try running the game as administrator.

I am having this problem also, put my codes into the game and nothing appeared on the list for me to download, I am on PS3 version so my items do not appear when I check my account online.

+1 for this issue. Inside the US but purchased on STEAM. Great game, but horrible implementaiton of DLC.

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm assuming it hasn't. Am in USA but bought the game and had it shipped from India because it was cheaper. Registered game today, entered promo code, but nope - no DLC viewable in-game despite being logged in. Tried the Vista/administrator method but still no go. Some help would be appreciated. >.>

No, this issue does not seem to have been resolved yet. I'm in the USA, purchased the PC version of the game at a retail store in early November. Purchased the two DLCs before finding out that I was supposed to be redeeming codes. Redeemed the code in the hope that maybe something else might be available, like Blood Dragon Armor, or something... anything, really.



So, when I look at my registered game promotions, I see the two DLC items that I purchased and something called "The Edge," which I've certainly never seen in the game. And nothing else.



I'm running in Vista, in full administrator mode.

lol I think the mistake was following the directions from the sheet that has the codes lol XD. I had the same problem too, had me scratching my head wondering WTF! I thought after following the directions it would already be downloaded automatically or something, but didn't happen. But After trying different weird things, I think I found out how. Even though I think everyone probably has figured this out, I just want to say how I did it. That darn code sheet instructions are terrible, its not enough in telling you how to successfully do it.

First you must make a bioware social network account (remember you email, its very important).

Then after you do that, you redeem or register your codes (for whatever content) in that account. Followin your terrible code sheet lol.

Than you start up your game. In the main screen, before you even play, there should be a log in or a log out button, on the bottom left side of the screen, press it. Then Log in.

When you log in, remember the email you used to registered for your bioware account, thats how you log in the game. Your screen name for bioware doesn't work (well at least for me) Use the email to log in the game, then enter the password of your bioware account. It took me a couple of tries but I got it. There should be a "Download Content" , press it and it should automatically start downloading since, you're logged into your bioware account through the game or something. I think thats how you do it. I'm not to sure, mainly because I was exhausted figuring this out, and was totally eased after the seeing the download bar. If not, then idk, maybe you'll see a download button when you're at the page, hopefully you can figure it out, when you're there, if not then keep foruming for the answers.

But yeah thats basicly it, register the codes in your bioware account, then download the content only when you log your bioware account in the game.

Now see, I hate how the sheet codes from the retail box doesn't tell you that. That... upset me (my nice way of saying it) since all it tells you is how to redeem/register your codes in your bioware account, and thats it! In their attempts to make the instructions simple, the process of getting the content in that game is painful. So I would like to say, I rather follow 30 steps instructions! I don't care, as long in the end you have the content downloaded in the game, and that should be the last step, not 1/3 through the way like the code sheet! To me, thats how you do it right. Telling me everything I need to know how to get the content. lol though this isn't my first rodeo, two words... Mass Effect lol XD(which I played on the PC). Still I hope ya'll find what I have to say useful. If not, than I hope you find the answer evently. I'm using vista by the way too.

P.S. This is how I did it for my PC. I'm not too sure about consoles.

I did not receive any quest, the sites pointed even 'unknown' DLCs would work... the end of that history is I have nothing anymore, some time ago I did notice even that 'enabled' unknown was gone, it was maybe after patching the game, not sure here.



None those steps pointed in several threads over the subject worked for me, the code is flagged redeemed at the shopping site, so I can't download it anymore, it not even shows up at any place in the Menu.



Theoretically that armor could be used in Mass Effect 2, now I'm not even sure I want that game anymore. Sorry, I like Bioware and I'm sad to see what Atari and EA did and are doing to it.

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried before even coming to post here, but it didn't work. Perhaps I paid for content I should have gotten for free. In any case, it's annoying.



Wish there was a way to pay for the blood dragon armor, tho. It's just too cool.

Yeah.. I just tried to add mine too. It added correctly, it shows it downloaded and I am running the game in full admin mode because I'm playing on Win Vista but no go.. It shows it downloaded but not 'installed' I'm not sure if that's the difference or what but I cannot install it either. I log in the game and click my DLC tab and it shows Shale and the Dragon Blood Armor in my in-game DLC tab but my gear is nowhere to be found, not in my inventory or at the vendor in my camp, any help?

Just wanted to follow up on this. As it turns out, it was a User Interface Error... which is another way of saying I'm a dumba**. The piece of paper with the blood dragon armor promo code fell out of the case while I was visiting my sister in another state. She found it today, and gave me the promo code over the telephone. So apparently, it was just me.

I key in the code for Blood dragon armor and i didnt get any downloadable content ( beside warden keep which i havent buy) for a long while. The refresh button is greyed so i cant click. Anyone can help ? really puts me off playing this game.

i just got this game and redeemed the codes. They downloaded successfully and our in  my journal but i can't seem to get Shale or the Dragon Armor. Any help?
