Same problem here but i am on the xbox 360 it lets me download the dragon armour but not the shale

Same problem here (Belgium). Redeemed the code, but nothig appears in the Downloadable Content" screen. What to do knowing that I have Vista ?? And what do you guys mean by restarting as an operator ... ?

hmmm.... i got the dragon armor, it took a while to wake up, i simply spammed the download button ingame and on downloadable content menu.



However, i am having problems with shale and the Warden's keep. Shale is downloaded, but not active, and I cannot activate the quest, nor is there a button to do so. Also, I bought 1500 points from bioware, and there is no Return to Ostagar or Warden's keep showing up anywhere... I understand that RTO is going to be late, but still... nothing seems to be working.

Same problem for me... Redeemed the codes for BD Armor and Shale and both are registred, but they don´t show up ingame. I feel somewhat better now when I´m not alone :-) Anyone know how to fix this?

yh uv got to download them first. go on to the down loadable content option on the main menu and it should have all the contents. the ones that uv put the code in should still be there an should say perchased (im a sh** speller) next to it. then just click x or click on with our mouse and it should just down load.



im havin problems 2. i put in the redeem codes in the game for shale an it just completly dissapeard but my blood dragon armour works any help would be sweet.

i cant download the "Blood Dragon Armor" for Dragon Age. There isnt the option "download". What did i wrong? Only the "ME2 Armor" is available ....

I'm from the US and I've entered the promo codes for the Blood Dragon Armor which works and shows up in game just fine. The Stone Prisoner is another story. My screen says it's downloaded and active but I only have the crystals showing up. Nowhere does Shale show up. I've tried to follow the directions for re-downloading this content but nothing shows up as described. No "refresh" arrow going in a circle or anything. My menu says it is downloaded and active but it isn't really in the game. Finding a place to report this has been a PITA for sure. There are also game bugs I'd like to report but no idea where to do that.

I used my redeem code and the items show on my bioware account but there is no option to download them...

Well, may my snide remark fall upon my own head.



I redeemed my code through Bioware social network, but didn't understand I needed to log into my Bioware account while In game.



I misunderstood the instructions. I thought I was supposed to log into my account through here but the downlaod has to be done logged into my account through "Dragon Age".



My bad. If anyone else is a little dense like myself I hope this helps.

i hav both dragon age origins & m.e. 2, and i wana download the blood dragon armor so frekin badly and i dont hav fast entrnet, and i dont think im realy conected with xbox live. any1 wilin 2 help out?

Ok I entered my promotion codes right? On the website and in the downloadable content in the game (dragon age origins PS3) On the downloadable content on my ps3 it just said contacting to servers...Then when that stopped nothing happend? Now on my computer i entered the pomotion code on bioware and it showed up in the downloadable content area but nowhere to download it?!

Im so confused hopfully someone some where will figure all our problems out!

called ea said they are having problems with the codes appearing on ps3 they told me to wait till they get it fixed they said as soon as they get it fixed it should just appear
