I have the collector's Edition, and it came with Blood Armor, the Edge, Memory Band, and Stone Prisoner. I downloaded RT0 later. When I installed Origins I got all my content, and it loaded slowly, but it was playable. THEN I made my big mistake, I bought and installed Awakening. Lo and behold, all my downloaded content wouldn't work anymore. After a week of trying to deal with EA, Including buying points so I could buy the dlc again, (and it still wouldn't work), I uninstalled and reinstalled Origins and Awakening, and now I don't even have RTO, WK, or SP showing on my map. Also no blood armor or any other promotions I paid for in the collector's edition. I feel totally ripped off, and what makes me feel worse is that Bioware expects the people on the forums to fix *their* problems.

I just downloaded the newest patch 1.04 and that seemed to help my downloading process a bit but the Dragon Armor still says "downloaded" and not installed. Help?

- This is only relevant if your list of downloads is completely blank, even after registering your codes -
I skimmed through this thread quickly, and I don't think anyone has linked to this page before:

This might help a lot of people that have this problem. It sure helped me, as the dlc's I entered weren't added to my available downloads list either. So just read that, it's a really simple fix.

Saerin - Is there a Ps3 version for that FAQ? I have the same exact problem, but on my PS3. I tried to redeem my Dragon Age Blood Dragon armor and the Shale extra character, but the in-game download list is empty.
