Trying to create 100% dodge

Battledress of the Provocateur: 15% dodge.
Note: For the Origins version on Wiki there's a note that says, "Stated 5% dodge when ingame tooltip states 15% dodge." That's poorly worded for me, but I think that means the true in-game dodge rate is actually 5%? Also, no such note exists for the Awakening version.
What is the ACTUAL dodge rate for Battledress in Awakening?
Ability - Dark Passage: 10% dodge.
Note: In Wiki it says, "Dodge bonus is only 5%. Checked by extracting "passive_abilities_gwb.gda" using the toolset in the Warden's Peak add-on."
Is this true/Bugged/Fixed with patch? I'm on the DA Ultimate Addition, supposedly with all the patches.
Cinch of Skillful Maneuvering: 15% dodge (in Awakening)
Evasion (Runes x 3): 15% dodge total[/b]
Evasion (Rogue Talent): 20% dodge
So, as it stands right now I'm at 75% Dodge (if) all items and talents are functioning to their advertised specs. Where do I really stand, and can I reach 100% ?

Awakening is full of 'Overwhelm' bugs and knock-down/ stun effects that will completely ignore your lovely dodge; so what tactics are you going to counter these with and is the pay off worth the investment... Wouldn't you be better served by doing higher DPS or having a bigger health pool?
Yes dodge is a nice stat no argument but there are other things.

Lets ignore 'Evasion' and say just for the sake of argument that you can indeed reach 100% dodge at the cost of investing ALL your gear/ runes... first ask the question, why?

Special attacks like grabs will still do damage, and I recognize that. Stuns and (some) knockdowns don't do damage. For example, if you're knocked down by a shield bash (I think) the shield bash is considered a special attack and it will do damage.
But the vast majority of damage you take is from melee first, and from spells second. When I took a high level rogue in to fight the Harvester, I had high defense and very good equipment. Still, I was taking major damage from the skeletons. If you can completely evade all normal melee attacks and spells, essentially your enemies must special-attack you to death. With certain bosses this is possible, but I believe very hard to do. Your number one threat at that point is grabs, which can immobilize you and do serious damage.

Kinda takes some of the fun and challenge out of the game. You basicaly legaly enabled god mode. I actualy am of teh opinion they need a difficulty mod that makes certain enemies more danagerous by giving them more auto hit attacks or something. I will never agree though, im too far on the other side of the spectrum. I prefer to kill my enemies as fast as possible. (Hmmm damn Rogue RPG roots)
